Omg the crying while cutting the onions is the most relatable thing ever! I cut the onions sometimes but most of the time I get someone else in my house to cut them because my eyes can’t cope with how much it stings

Dang! So much learned here! I’m kinda using your comment section here as my “journaling” I love that you say “few hours later” and you don’t show us how much you eat, because I would totally (unconsciously) try to eat exactly your portions. I love how you explain why you eat what you eat. It’s been so eye opening. I’m learning that I have pushing hunger cues down for so long trying to eat one to two times a day scared that I will over eat if I eat more often than that and it’s just not nice for I my body. I found your channel a few days ago and I love it! All of! Thank you! Listening to intuitive eating book 4th addition with Evelyn and Elise on audible now. Feeling hopeful and excited!

Didn’t know what I wanted for breakfast this morning. I was already thinking cereal. Came into KZbin and saw you posted. Once you mentioned your smoothie cereal I was like YES! I haven’t tried it yet and I have yogurt and dried fruit I need to use, so this is the perfect time for it 🙌 love these full days of eating! They give my so many different ideas and love trying new things on the daily.

Watching these vids of you eating and also hearing you talking about how intuitive eating works is so helpful!! Hearing that “listening to our bodies” is just a part of intuitive eating and that our brain is actually part of our body was actually mind-blowing for a second lol ahah

Wear a face mask when you cut onions! It helps so much because a lot of why your eyes sting is actually the smell

So interesting! I'll try that next!

You definitely got me with the title! lol I have injured my knee and I can't really cook at the moment since I can't walk/stand for more than a minute - any suggestions with ways to stay more balanced when you can't cook/are relying on convenience foods or ones you don't have to cook? I've been doing salad kits which are tasty but not necessarily protein packed.

One of my recent favs is buying rotisserie chickens and adding them to either salad kits, wraps, etc. That would be super easy to prepare!
