Friends, today I want to share with you an excellent recipe for cooking pork belly. The recipe is very simple and contains only a few ingredients. For cooking you need onion peels. I always have it available. You can use whatever spices you like best. I like to add dry adjika (spice) to meat.
Ingredients for Cooking Pork Belly:
Pork belly - 700 grams
Salt - 1 tablespoon
5-6 cloves of garlic
Bay leaf - 2 pcs
Sweet Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Dry adjika - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Chili pepper - a pinch
Water - 2 liters

Всё правильно, но только это не дешёвое мясо, а хорошая грудинка. Понятно, что не шейка, но тем не менее.

50 минут очень мало варить даже свинину. Хотя бы полтора часа и то надо попробовать.

Необходимо смотреть по своему куску. Я после закипания варила 55 минут. У меня тоненький кусок. Всё приготовилось.
