good advice but one thing i will add as a scientist from this field: you can't diagnose your nutrient deficiencies with a blood spot. it's going to be vastly inaccurate. you need in-clinic blood draw of 50 ml or more for that. thanks for your advice.

Love your comments regarding how much the quality of life counts because living as far as I'm concerned involves more than my heart still beating but I have to say what is the actual cost in both time and money of these lifestyles because it almost seems like unless you have virtually unlimited resources this plan is impossible to follow also vitamins and minerals don't have any calories and unless you have a farm and make your own food it's not possible to know the quality of your food but I'm pretty sure that an animal is an animal and meat is meat no matter where it comes from the amino acids that make up proteins in the meat we consume isn't affected in any way by the way the animal is raised

oh yeah one other thing: bryan johnson does TRT, just so you know and many supplements on his list could easily be combined into a multivitamin or be dosed once a week (looking at vitamins D, K, E, A)
