Love the videos! Fletching arrows is definitely boring To speed up the fletching process get yourself some Bob Smith accelerator and you can fletch as fast as you can glue.

i too want to build long range arrows , my questions are : #1. do you set your vanes 1 inch from end or maybe 3/4 inch ? #2 for instance i like 2 degree offset on right helicals . do you offset your helicals or do you use another combo ? #3. what is f.o.c. on shafts now with the added 50 grain weight ? THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOME REPLY C.B. !!!!!! :)

Aren't those outserts also called weighted inserts and isn't it so you can have a higher kinetic energy In the front of the arrow so it packs a bigger punch?

I know you love your Eastons, but you also love tinkering, You should try the gold tip Airstrikes…. These things are STOUT and they also have a great “slick coat” on them that help with penetration!!!! They fly like darts.. Also the pierce platinums or tours are awesome too…. Also, your beereal grip, when designing it what where you trying to address that the Mathews grip didn’t have besides the rounded throat? Ive been having torque and hand consistency issues the last two months on a V3 I’ve had for a year.

91% alcohol. Wipe vane bases and shafts no matter what brand. I've tried about every vane there is without issues when they were CLEANED. ANDI use Gorilla brand instant glue as it's way way cheaper than those archery company adhesives which is usually the same chemical at 10 times the real cost.

Agreed 👍 keeps it from getting any hydrologic air pressure on the insert and pushing them out before the glue sets. I was going to ask if he did that but thought I'd scan the comments if anyone else mentioned it.

Id love to see a vid explaining on how you get that hinge to go off properly after you anchor and hear the click. Are you relaxing your hand and pushing and pulling thru of course, at the same time. Or is there zero hand manipulation or change at all? I hear something a little different from each person on how they get it to break clean with a surprise break like you want of course…i have a carter hinge but mostly only shoot my silverback and nock2it because i think i was manipulating the hinge all along with slight finger pressure to fire once anchored and pulling through…and not sure if thats correct
