Dancers: Louis Cole, Genevieve Artadi, Dyasono, Loren Battley, Fuensanta)
LYRICS:
this is it
now you know
this is where the little moments go
this is it
now you know
this is nice
getting deep
slightly dirtier than airplane sleep
this is nice
this is this
yes and?
the f--- is that so hard to understand?
understand
not a star
that’s way too far
but ill be blowing kisses from above, the bar
i don’t know, maybe i do
good is good
fame is more
the world we live is what we asked for
f---ing boom
give me room
heavy as a feather on the moon
I try for real
I try for true
I mean what do you want me to do?
thoughts like this they come to me
I like these thoughts I let them be
if we’re doing honesty
I know this isn’t only me
can you help?
I can help
to impress myself
never wrong
not always right
its alright
alright (repeated)
yeah im just trying to say
b-tch
im still the same
I will never change
that is why Im tight
swim up the stream
cuz I have different dreams
that is why Im tight
you think im weird
but im still f---ing here
that is why Im tight
right now at least
cuz sometimes i hate me
but right now it’s alright
right now it’s alright
peacefully
killing spree
working for my single drop of the sea
working for, my little piece, of free
a little dark
white as fuck
I just reflect the sun, you’re not star struck
you can look, its alright
love is big and life is small
annoying motherf---ers hear my call
I do my part
I fight for s--t
equal rights for male angler fish
I don’t know, maybe I do
thoughts like this they come to me
I like these thoughts I let them be
if we’re doing honesty
I know this isn’t only me
can you help?
I can help
to impress myself
never wrong
not always right
its alright
alright (repeated)
yeah im just trying to say
b-tch
here is a taste
recording my own face
that is why Im tight
I give a f---
and dont give a f---
that is why Im tight
above the hope
and below the hype
that is why Im tight
right now at least
cuz sometimes i hate me
but right now it’s alright
right now it’s alright

At 3:01 Louis does the "Plate trick" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plate_trick (closely related to the "Dirac belt trick" or also called the "Balinese cup trick") which illustrates the mathematical phenomenon that a spinor only returns to its original state after a 720 degree rotation, not after a 360 degree rotation. If you watch closely you'll see that Louis's arm takes 2 whole rotations to return to its original state with the plate.

Few weeks back I was on the train, and this really cute girl was sitting right in front of me. She looks at me in a way that doesn't happen to me that often, like she thinks I'm cute too or something. Anyway, I was listening to this track and bumping my head a little to the beat, and she also had headphones on, almost bumping in the same BpM. I'm wondering if I should say something, and i dont how, but I actually managed to ask her what song she's listening to. She hands me her headphones and says I can listen for myself. So I also hand her my headphones. She was really into the song. She didn't know it, so we watched the clip together and had a great laugh about it. And so yesterday, we had our first kiss. And I think I really like her. I feel like I ow this moment to this song, so I wanted to say: Thank you, Louis Cole. You really are tight. You even made me tight for a brief moment, and I will always be thankful for that

@@dombower1190 Only if by 'responding to DOMi & JD' you mean, in a very round about and indirect way, some collateral inside joke/friendly banter type thing since Louis Cole and DOMi & JD Beck have long since been friends and admirers of each others works. But if you think I believe that Louis 1) wrote the song 'because' of them or 2) is trying to 'out do' them in some way , of course not, Louis is his own man, his music is all his own, but they might 'inspire' and 'motivate' each other. And for all I know Louis wrote this tune and named it way before they did, and completely independently from them and w/o any knowledge of their record title.

Just in case no one was keeping score: ROUND 1: Gen > Dya (Scissorz cut Paper) Loren < Fuen (Scissorz cut Paper) ROUND 2: Gen > Dya (Rock crushes Scissorz) Loren > Fuen (Scissorz cut Paper) ROUND 3: Gen > Dya (Paper covers Rock) Loren > Fuen (Rock crushes Legs) ROUND 4: Gen > Dya (Thumb approves Legal Paper) Loren < Fuen (Coin Purse buys Ham Slice) So yeah, Genevieve ends with a perfect score, just like she does in life.
