I made 6ft wide Grand Pannier for cosplay || 18th Century Costume

In this video, I will go in-depth on how I made my Grand Pannier that support the petticoats and dress for my Sakizou Cinderella costume. The pannier is a garment that was prominent in the 18th century worn under court gowns. Pannier are typically paired with stays and a chemise and even bum rolls to make the silhouette famous by Marie Antoinette.

Was your cotton 45 or 60" wide? I'm looking to make the same pattern with the 6" modification and was wondering if 45" wide cotton would be enough. This video is awesome!!

It was somewhere between 42”-46” wide so I had to modify how I cut the pieces, I did mine by laying out the pieces first and adding the 6” before cutting my fabric.
