To anyone reading this, you don’t have to exercise at all if you’re not in the right place. I haven’t done any ‘overt’ exercise for years except for light walks because I’m in recovery and it only makes it harder to gain weight. Eventually you can find a form of movement that you enjoy, whether that’s cycling or yoga, there’s no need to go to the gym!

Elena, you and I are the complete same page. I am not working out at all right now and I am not on any diet unless you call a chocoholic and sweet tooth obsessed a diet! Lol for real, I eat all day everyday. I don’t have time to think twice about it! Especially busy now with Christmas. I hope you have a great Sunday!!!❤️

And agreed…only start exercising when you feel it is right, like how when you started and accepted recovery. You got my support 😍😍🥰🥰

🙏🏼🙌🏼🌸 this gives me hope! I am not working out this month as well, my hips are not well and I kept pushing myself last year! Something clicked in my a few days ago and I said I can’t do this anymore! I’m doing yoga. Thankful for souls like you 🥰

I'm actually relieved that that was just for clickbait. When I first saw the title I was kind of annoyed and didn't want to watch the video bc excuse me, you really don't need to lose weight, what the heck. So thank you, great video❤️

Hey Jazmin, I'm not gonna lie, I'm not a fan of clickbait and I was kinda disappointed from you for the title. However after I clicked, I was happy of what I found. It has been more than two years since I last saw my period. I was asked to stop exercising and eat more, but, even if I did start eating more and saw some weight gain, I couldn't drop the exercise part because I was too scared of gaining only fat. I wanted more muscle than fat. Now I finally motivated myself in stopping exercising. It's been two weeks and, even if the guilt is high, I also feel somewhat of relief. Exercising was becoming toxic, my performance was deteriorating significantly and I would frequently feel overwhelmed and start crying. Anyway, thank you for this video, seeing how mindfully you choose to stop for your injury and now can focus on getting healthier, makes me hopeful that maybe someday, with the right mindset, I can start all over again. Love you

Everyone goes through this stage and let's all just accept that prettiest is not always healthiest n health is ur greatest wealth... Love urself ( n trust me, it's not only u who just absolutely hates how u look like in a mirror, but remember that's a reflection of ur outside but true you hides underneath that)

I think you’re incredible. Personally always feared being labelled as having disordered eating for finding healthy alternatives, being too particular about how i like certain foods & ultimately focusing on what make my body feel good always . It’s truly influencers like who make people like us feel like we belong somewhere and that it’s just self care in a different form, not disordered eating. Thanks for being so authentic and raw about your journey❤️ you’re an inspiration to many

Wow. I’m on the same journey right now! Haven’t exercised in a while too, and did for the first time yesterday. It felt amazing and I want to do it 4 times a week to see how it affects my mental health. Not caring about the weight loss, of course. You’ve helped me a lot with that part! Hi Jasmine, I haven't workout for 6 months now and I can't stand the way I look. So , I'm glad that you upload this video as it's going to inspire me for the New Year 2022. My goal is to build muscle but like you I don't like going to the gym as I feel so embarrassed 😳 about the way I look, and that people might laugh at the way I trained.

Well, that's amazing😍 And.... My new year resolution is just to feel amazing, no specific goals or smt. I started lifting weights which I absolutely enjoy. And yeah, it's not about just doing exercises and eating healthy and to just stick to lose weight (nah man I don't need to lose weight cause I'm already skinny), it's about how you feel. If eating healthy makes you feel better do it! If exercising makes you feel better do it! Honestly, I eat a balanced diet, healthy and unhealthy and it feels great. Do what makes u feel great! love love love you. SO inspiring thank you for this video, all your advice, everything you're sharing, It's so helpful and encouraging to see you share this journey. I'm going through a similar situation. I've been sick & injured for so long and had to focus on simple movement and mostly walks and have recently started getting back into the habit of more strength. I have to start so slow but I'm still enjoying what I am accomplishing. Slow and steady wins the race you and me we got this!

I injured a leg a month and a half ago.. (high hamstring tendinopathy) but I kinda forced myself to workout despite my injury. I just didn't do any high impact or squats or lunges. It helped get my leg get stronger and slowly heal

Omg this video is exactly what I needed it. I started the gym a month ago and it's super intimidating. One time I left crying. I guess I don't want people to see me and think I don't know what I'm doing. I also don't know what I'm doing lol. I still don't. Then I got Covid and I haven't hit the gym in 2 weeks and I'm nervous to go back.

Hi from France, I really love your videos and thanks for giving us good vibes even when you are not really feeling confident. I just want to share my feelings, this year I am in Master (it is a french word) and I was really exited, but I was in a negative atmosphere (and yes it was my family that create this...).During holidays I have done a lot of workouts of Sydney and I was feeling my best, strong, confident... So I tried my best to be positive and to stay focused on my studies, but after sometimes it was really complicated, as I had to deal with studies, workouts, negative vibes, my friend abandoned me (she was just like avoiding me, I was really disapointed because I wanted to share memories with her by studying ytogether...)... So I ate my emotions, now I am feeling really ashamed, and I am not feeling strong anymore...

I hate going to the gym. Lol But I love working out at home. I hate having people around because I get more worried about them than I am about what Im doing. Annoying habit but its what I have to work on! Definitely working out with you in spirit! Those protein balls look like something Ive seen from Elle Gibson. She adds maple syrup to her's. I have been adding ginger and cinnamon (hello gingerbread) and its so so addicting! Gah! Much love Jaz!

Feeling the same way after over doing it and in result, knee bursitis and elbows & arms keep snapping and hurting :( I'm a huge gym rat so I'm definitely feeling uncomfortable in my body after not working out nearly as much as I did before and losing tons of muscle mass while being sedentary most of the time.

An amazing and incredible girl! I love all the recipes, ideas and advices you give. Thanks for the way you talk to us. I do not have my period for more than 1 year an a half and you always cheer me up. I visited doctors and they said that I was the only one that have the power to get my period back. Last week I started to prepare meals full of colours and nutrients and also I started doing some excercise so my body feels good. You really inspire me! THANKS
