I Played 4 DIFFERENT Pokemon Games AT THE SAME TIME

I attempted to beat 4 different games of Pokemon at the same time - One game of Pokemon Leaf Green, one game of Pokemon Heart Gold, one game of Pokemon Ruby, and one game of Pokemon Diamond. My controller is paired to all four at the same time, so I must navigate the maps and battles of each simultaneously. How long will this take me? Watch the video to find out!
This is not a Nuzlocke, as you will see through my many failed battles. My only goal was to beat the game as fast as possible.

Something you could do for hidden games (if it's possible) is to record it (without seeing it, of course) and just fast-track through the footage to see how the game went! :)

I would love it also, but unfortunately my PC is basically on death’s door trying to run multiple games - so recording a whole other screen would make it explode. Also the thought of watching back 18 hours of random inputs makes me want to scream lmao

@@Rylockes Do you have to put it on another screen? It sounds scuffed, but if you put a piece of paper or something over a corner of your screen you can block yourself from seeing the blind game while the screen will still be recorded with the rest of the games.

I don’t think people understand how hard it is to edit and tell the story of one game as well as you. You have 4 going! I love how you blurred the screens to let the viewer focus on the game you were talking about. Also love the “mini game” race through victory road to make a (possibly) boring part actually interesting. Great great job. I hope this video takes off.

I don't think that's do-able. Playing games from different genres with the same inputs will just devolve into playing 1 game at a time. This is especially true for games where the action happens in real time. For example I don't think it's possible to beat Celeste and Hollow Knight at the same time even though they're both 2D Platformers since they have different mechanics and level design. The same is true for FPS games, action-adventure games, fighting games, racing games etc. On the other hand playing 2 turn based games from different franchises at the same time might be possible as long as their mechanics are similar enough.

He clearly cheated in the Emerald run. You can't get Mewtwo without the National Dex. Even when you trade, your partner can't give you non-Hoenn Pokémon until you get the National Dex after beating the Elite Four.

See this is why I disagree on venusaur being the best starter in kanto when it's brought up, it starts amazing but it ends up sucking hard late game. Besides both Squirtle and charmander can deal with brock anyways with metal claw/water type moves so Misty is really the only true advantage it has over the other two. Squirtle is the most consistent, but there's a million other and even better water types while fire types are rare and other than moltres I could make a thesis on why Charizard is the best fire type in kanto. If you're doing starter only or a speedrun then squirtle is the best, but if you're using other team members then I think charmander is worth it even with a slow start thanks to misty.

How is the in-game time on the orders of 160-170 hours, but the irl time only aroun 18-19 h? I understood the game were at double speed, but you'd need a speed-up of x10 to get those times. What am I missing?

Not surprised that Venusaur struggled. Venusaur kinda sucks unless you have a bunch of TMs to teach good moves with, or breeding egg moves Like, without Earthquake or Weather Ball in the sun, it can't touch Steel types, and not being able to handle entire types is terrible for runs like these
