Intersting perspective on Kiriko. Need to try it myself!!! Throwing ofuda on enemy is so relatable tho. I noticed you do not jump too much while 1v1ing, good strategy since jumping makes movements predictable. Hard not to smash the spacebar. Great vid!

flanking kiriko playstyle is some of the most fun ive had in an online game. had a match the other day where me and my mate were on kiriko and lucio and we absolutely carried the team and our dps were complaining but our tank was thanking us LMAO. also got accused of aim bot by an enemy dps cuz i was accurate with my headshots. As a kiriko player i think a way for blizzard to balance her would be to lean into her dps potential by reducing the effectiveness of her heals so shes forced into the off healer role and more into an assassin with high support utility from suzu, teleport and kitsune.

So I learned this technique from awkward and with Kirko, u can engage from and off angle/flank the enemy team and try getting a kill or when things go bad like the entire team focuses u etc u tp out to ur team

It's almost as if supports have to have this high DMG cus they need it to carry, but if you got competitive points based on individual performance, then Supports could have more focus on their support capabilities and not their DMG. Same goes for other roles. This way also prevents people having control over your individual rank

I felt like in majority of my games, getting more dmg as support than dps is pretty easy. At least 5/10 times match making system give you one if not two dps who never played no matter how high up your rank is. And it’s not hard to get more than 2k dmg …

Before watching the video I'm guessing that getting a quad kill just isn't going to happen... He'd need to get insanely lucky where the tank is just either dead, or picking daisies somewhere in the map for him to get a quad kill, even with Kitsune rush... Like, most tanks have shields or something that renders your Kunais completely useless. I highly fucking doubt he can consistently pull this off outside of maybe bronze... Edit: after watching the video, I see we have different meanings for what a quad kill means. What I had in mind was something closer to a reaper ult, a junk rat tire, a nano blade, or a soldier visor basically instant killing 4 people. Not just getting 4 kills xD

6:00 if you’ve play bap/kiri then you know he’s 100% correct, bap literally has 3 health bars, his normal 200 hp, his 100 hp burst and his immort, he can literally 1v1 anyone and win, even tanks. Kiri has insane dmg and literally has infinite escape tools. Like idek why they created dps in the first place if your just going to make every support have more dmg and more survivability. Remember when supports either did a lot of healing or a lot of dmg then bap came out? Power creep is real and it’s name is support.

Im sorry but u did no healing. U hit very impressive shots but the difficult thing about playing support is doing A LOT of healing, while STILL doing damage. I know supports are very strong in this meta. But every hero does more damage, so much that supports need to be able to defend themselves and furthermore, they have to do damage themselves so that their team gets more damage ans kills then the opponent team (while keeping everyone alive!)
