Hi Chako, Thank you again for taking us along your journey to Shga-Ken. The ryokan you guys were staying looks absolutely gorgeous. I especially like the in-room onsen bath, the bedroom with regular beds, and the cutout under the dinner table in the room. These extra amenities definitely would make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable while maintaining the charm and authenticity of the traditional ryokan, especially for those visitors from Europe and the US. It seems that these extra amenities are getting more popular and widespread among traditional ryokans in Japan. This is a very welcome trend for those of us who visit Japan from the US. I am also happy to see you all enjoy the full course Japanese meal. Every course looks absolutely yummy. Looking forward to the next video, Shin from Colorado
I guess your mother enjoyed on relaxing in the hot spring/onsen, Miss Charlotte, as well as wearing a yukata too. 👘
