@@natachaoceane Fitness definitely is a good basis. BUT there is also some talent while others take much longer to get the techniques right at even younger age you were a fast learner and that is very helpful in any sport. And in my opinion that is a gift you either have or you do not.the details then are the hard work. Just remember how fast the other two were in that one leg raise. You got it right how to move but the speed is the type of training for the muscles they did plus some genetics because fast twitch fibres are individually different between people in amount by birth and people long thought that the slow ones cannot be converted into fast ones which was proven wrong during the pademic so this is fresh news and hope for some people.

I’m sure you weren’t supposed to be that good but hey, you’re pretty much on athlete level alll the time anyhow so why would be surprised?! Lol! Ana’s strength and agility was intimidating just watching, I can’t lie. My gosh, the power in her kicks! Thank you once again for all that you share with us. Love this platform. Lots of love to you xoxo

It is so much fun watching you do something new and be a beginner at something! I feel like it’s so east to look at these picturesque fitness influencers and think they’re amazing at everything always, so it’s inspiring to watch your curiosity and growth!

Thank you so much Natasha! This is so interesting! It’s be so cool to see you train with athletes from other sports in the future! Especially water sports!

My takeaway is, body awareness and good form in training carries over to other sports and activities.. Natacha jumped in and kept up with an Olympian :3 Great sesh!

Natacha doesn't do the beginner level. As soon as she starts something new she's already intermediate. I'm very impressed.

This is incredibly inspiring! and I can’t say enough good things about you and your channel tbh. I love these videos of watching you try something new, meeting incredible athletes, us getting to learn more about a sport and how dedicated and amazing these athletes are! Bloody awesome 👏

You and these videos have changed my life - changed my approach to health & fitness. I was burnt out about a year ago and lost my love entirely for fitness/sport. These videos have helped me loosen up and enjoy the journey again. 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

hey Monica, I'm sorry to hear you felt that way, burn out has its ways of making you feel numb to many things you used to enjoy ): I hope you've managed to recover a little, I know it took me a good year or so to recover from burn out but it happened and I wish that for you too!! Sending you so much love always!! xxx

Oh my gosh I’m so excited for this this brings back memories of my brother taking classes when he was younger. I remember these exact exercises he used to do. It’s so nice to see you having fun

It’s so technical because every movement is very precise. It does look fun though I never tried holding his targets lol

@@victoriagregoire567 totally, and I can really see how they become engrained in you and become pure muscle memory but I couldn't remember all the cues 😂

I love to see how normal even olympic athleths are. It always feels like they are so much above just normal people and this shows that everyone can try it.

i think the last part of the video is so interesting -- how the strength and conditioning training is different based on athletic goals. its refreshing to see sports training where you train to have certain athletic capabilities (speed, power, agility while kicking) rather than a certain body aesthetic or simply being able to lift heavy

as a taekwondo athlete, this was such a fun video! loved everyone's attitudes!

I really like this series where you train with some Olympic champions. We get to know such incredible athletes and also sports that are not often showcased.

Lovely video as always!! It's amazing how humble and hard working the olympians are! Really inspiring!
@natachaoceane2 жыл бұрын
honestly I've noticed such a pattern that the people who tend to be the record breakers and world champions are the most humble of the athletes I meet and really have an amazing perspective. instead of arrogance which might come from doing ridiculous things, there's a deep love for the sport and for wanting to be a part of something bigger and it's so inspiring 👏

This was SO MUCH FUN to watch!! I love that you continue to show yourself trying things out that you're not an expert in (though of course it's intimidating that you're so diversely athletic)... God now I can't wait to try something new and trust the strength I have rather than skip it because I'll be "bad" at it!
