Tohru, you can do similar training using bamboo stick and weighted clubs. Now I'm not so sure if you were specialized in sword performance or iaijutsu, but I wish to see a training montage of you training with weighted clubs to help strengthen your sword performance. I enjoyed this video and I thought on getting started on gada training very soon.

I feel like the leverage points and wide stance should be common sense its just kinda basic spatial reasoning. The weight is the hard part. Pretty cool.
