If you want the atmosphere, I would suggest visiting Red Star (Crvena zvezda) - Bodo/Glimt, but rematch which will be played in Belgrade. Maybe you can even write to Red Star press team for a pass, since they already worked with some content creators in the past who were attending their games.

My bet is actually going to be on Dynamo Kyiv vs Salzburg. Flights to Poland are really cheap and easy from the UK, even for smaller cities, and I can’t imagine it would sell out. Zagreb, Malmo (easy journey from Copenhagen where Tom says he’s already been) and Young Boys are other possibilities, but depends on ticket availability.

Its not coors light, just coors a little bit different but not that much better, although I understand. Probably the main beer what they served there before whas part of the molson coors family and they demanded the usage of theur og beer. You probably wont find any good beer in hungarian stadiums, this part of hospitality is not in a good shape yet.

The VIP food section in Hungary is not quite at the level what western european countries have, the big stadiums and high quality hospitality is fairly new in Hungary. In my opinion it needs at least over a decade to make it much closer to the level of hopitality of the clubs of the english football league system for example.
