Hi, I'm Nic. Throughout my life, I've primarily been a "main gainer," someone who consistently gains muscle without the need for bulking. Although this approach has worked, I've never been able to fill out my shirts. So, I embarked on a journey to find the magic solution to this problem, where I stumbled upon MASS GAINER. I decided to try it for seven days. Would I continue to be a low-body fat individual, or was this the secret to successful bulking?

yeah i weighed as much as him when i was 16, maybe even lighter, except i was 6'2". he could get up to 180 no problem

I was 165lbs and could never clean bulk. Every time I tried eating in a calorie surplus I just wasn't able to put on size, never mind stay consistent with it with the results I was shown. Once I got on G6 Mass gainer protein and $5 Walmart meals (Chicken, Mac&Cheese, and Plantains), I shot up from 165lbs to 195-200lbs and have maintained easily ever since. Once I stretched my stomach I naturally finished a lot more of my bigger meals and gained a bigger appetite. It took me about 2-3 months I believe. I started going to the gym seriously last year starting September. I haven't bulked since December and have just maintained since.

That walmart food island when you first walk in on the food side it's where they have the $5 dollar salads $2 dollar bean burritos and $4 pasta there's an easy 1500 calories at that spot for under $15 next time your at walmart if you don't already know check it out and try the SouthWest salad

I was 140 pounds at 6’2 and started taking this. Saw how big the scoop was and instantly just decided to do the 1 scoop during the day and one scoop during the night. It definitely works if u struggle to get food down, I’m now maintaining 205 trying to get rid of the belly fat. Definitely harsh on your stomach for first couple weeks but your body gets used to it eventually. My suggestion is to take this and switch over to getting all your protein and carbs from foods

I used mass gainers to get from 130-160 lbs. Definitely put on some belly fat, but i found it way easier to then maintain that 160 lbs and recomp my body composition once i was at that weight. Trying to bulk with normal foods was so hard for me, but over time I’ve improved my eating habits and appetites and i find maintaining 160 lbs, was just as easy as maintaining 130 lbs. Using mass gainers just helped me get to 160 way easier, would recommend, but don’t rely on them long term. I havnt taken any once i hit my target weight. Trying to put on 30 lbs clean was impossible for me.

Good luck with your bulking goals, but in my opinion your body already looks amazing, and like another comment said, just wear smaller shirts if you want your muscles to show. I once had a friend whom I had no idea was ripped with muscles until I saw him with his shirt off, because he always wore clothes that hid his physique.

I used this for the first time last summer I was always ripped but couldn’t gain any weight stuck at like 110 pounds but you could tell I worked out but I was just skinny and jacked I ended up going from 110 to 130 within like 1-2 months dropped from 130 to 120 after getting sick and my tonsils getting swollen and being unable to eat I now casually sit at like 123-125 and every time I see family they ask if I’ve been working out every time they see me I still take the serious mass but not a lot because honestly it’s not healthy to take serious mass a lot so I only buy it like once every other month but I’m now way bigger than I used to be and only getting bigger 💪🏾

Ive been using that mass gainer to help me get from 60kg - 90kg at 6'3. It's definitely helped as I have a non-existent appetite, however I often find my stomach rumbling from so much food intake. I have put on some fat, mostly belly however the aim is to bulk to 110-120 and then cut down.

Exact same situation as me bro I'm 190cm, which is 6'3 I think. (Not good with american measuring). Right now about 74kg I still look skinny. And my plan is also to bulk to 120 is and then cut. But it ain't going up man and can't eat alot so I hope mass gainer works for me with unlimited metabolisim

This isn't the greatest way to use a mass gainer. Half a scoop with two cups of whole milk is 615 calories. When you take it in reasonable portion sizes it's not terrible to drink and gives an easy boost to your daily caloric intake.

It’s funny because mass gainer is just a lot of calories, like instead of getting a cheeseburger from Burger King, or switching to whole milk and regular peanut butter, eating larger portions, it’s sorta like force feeding you without telling you that’s what it’s doing

Another thing is did you run and jump growing up on your teens or did sit at home sitting at a desk studying or sying video games most of your day. The foundation in your teen years is more of a factor that weight gainer. Sadly most never developed physically in their teen years where massive growth and muscle production occurs. You can still gain size and strength but it takes time and some ingredient like maltodextrin isnt some miracle ingredient that changes all these factors. Just stick to protein isolate and lear how to put in the work. Like running jumping and playing basketball. Thats how you build a proper strength foundation.

I do 1 scoop of mass gainer everyday during the week and on the weekends I do 2 scoops . 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop at night. It last longer and you don’t over do it .

@@Blitziseverywhere started at 144 now I’m at 172 . I only do 1 scoop a day at night time . I eat 3 times during the day. Breakfast lunch dinner and then finish with the scoop . On weekends my breakfast is 1 scoop and then don’t eat until lunch and dinner and the end the night with another scoop

@@Fahdousawil was skinny. Drank 1 scoop a day and on the weekends 2 scoops. 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Last longer and you feel better. No need to rush to gain in. If you rush your blood pressure with go thru the roof . Especially if you do 3 scoops. Thanks for the tip but na I’m good with the routine I got. Went from 144 to 172 in 2 and half months doing what I been doing

I finished the entire tub of serious Mass gainer and still didn’t gain any weight. In fact after finishing it I lost weight because I still was not eating enough calories. Not enough has all been my problem with weight gaining. Also from my experience I broke out very badly in in acne all over my body for the mass gainer so beware it might happen to you. Over all I believe mass gainer can help with weight and strength but you also have to eat like regular

I am also currently taking that same mass gainer however I do not take 2 scoops at all, I only take 1 scoop out of it even if I only get half of the benefits it gives. Taking 2 scoops of that humongous scoop made me barf and did not really like the sticky texture of the drink. It took me awhile to gain 5kgs but for me it's worth it if you're a skinny person and have a very very fast metabolism lol.

yea I'm currently taking this gainer too and it has to be one of the worst things I've ever drank/tasted. and you'll only see results if you drink it everyday which makes me sick to my stomach. the scoop size is ridiculous so it's better off to just take creatine and add it to your regular protein powder mix, not a gainer 😂

i can never drink protein shakes or mass gainers because for some reason i have a strong af gag reflex when drinking them. my body just doesn't accept highly viscous milky drinks i'd genuinely throw up

did you slow down on eating food,your supposed to keep eating the same amount or more plus drink the stuff and plus work out harder just so people understand this,you drink it but you NEED to eat a lot on top of drinking it and even work out more,you cant just drink it and not eat as much food,so normal eating maybe a little bigger plate each meal plus drink this stuff haha.good luck guys

Don’t do 2 scoops. Do 1 scoop instead .

It is a waste of money. You can make your own and it will be much healthier. Oatmeal, whey protein and almond butter. Also adding a few tablespoons of olive oil to your meals for easy calories.
