I will start this diet tomorrow My height: 165 cm Current weight: 66,6 kg Goal weight: 60 kg Day 01: I ate 5 eggs, 2 cups of green tea, 1 apple, 1 bar of protein and 4,5 litter of water Weight: 66,1 Day 02: I ate 4 eggs, 2 apples, green tea, 1 protein shake and 4 litters of water Weight: 65,2 Day 03: I ate 6 eggs, 1 apple, green tea, 1 bar of protein and 5 litters of water Weight: 65 Day 04: I ate 5 eggs, 1 tomato, green tea and 4 litters of water Weight: 64,7 Day 05: I ate 5 eggs, 1 apple, a small cupcake, tea and 4,5 litters of water Weight 64,4 Ps: I didn’t follow the diet correctly cause I was on my period, but I will try it again doing it in the right way. Has been 2 weeks since I did the diet and I didn’t gain the weight back. My metabolism is very slow and when I'm on my period it gets even more, but I guess I’ve lost a good few pounds. I haven’t made any exercises cause I’m ✨sedentary✨.

This was great!! I completed the 5 day egg fast this last weekend and lose 10.4lbs a month ago I did the 3 days and lose 9.8lbs. I think it gives a great kickstart and it’s simple eating! I vlogged mine on my channel too! I felt it helped me with accountability to vlog. Thank you for sharing! 💓🤗

My Height: 174 cm My Starting Weight: 68.5 kg My Goal Weight: 64.9 kg >After Day 1: 67.8 kg >After Day 2: 68.5 kg >After Day 3: 67.9 kg (But blame me. I ate more than it was shown in the video and slept very late after first day, everyday.) _______________________ Started this diet saying "Alright, since everyone in the comments section does this... " And here I give details about my days, it is basically a food diary, apparently I can't stop talking. Day 1, June 21st: Meal 1, at 6:45: 2 boiled eggs, half of a tomato, 10 gr cheese, 3 olives. 200 kcal total. Just for this diet, I woke up at 5:50, it's good tho, finally I can take my medicines at the time. Hardest part of this diet is to drink water. But, here it is, (1000 before + 800 after) 1800 ml for first meal was drunk. I am also on Chloe Ting's 14 Days Shred Challenge Program, I think we should go on doing sports while we are on diet, otherwise the only weight we lose will be from the muscles and we'll be even fatter, lighter but fatter, anyway I have just completed the 3rd Day's at 10:00 now, it took almost an hour for me to do, I didn't drink any water but a cup of black coffee. Total kcal intake increased to 203. From 12:30 to 13:20 I forced myself drink 900 ml, yet I succeed. Now I wait for the second meal of the day, which is going to be at 18:00. I gave myself 6 hours of space between all of my meals. 6 am, meal 1. 12 am, drink noon's water. 18 am, meal 2. It almost like fasting but you have 2 meals thanks to God. Anyways, total water intake is now 2700 ml, just last one 900 is left, I barely remember to drink water, I am that kind of person who doesn't even thirst. But well, it seems like drinking 3600 in a day is not that impossible. Whenever I talk to someone about a diet they tell me "oh, but, do that and not this" oh hey, you do that and not this, it is my life's 3 day, let me live it, ugh 18:00 and meal time, yay, 900 ml was drunk, then I got 1 scoop of pickled beetroot, 5 table spoons of zucchini with minced meat, 10 gr white bread (it was a mistake), 1 table spoon of greek joghurt and of course 1 boiled egg. (316 kcal) Total kcal intake is 570. This is okay, if I continue eating it would be just because I am a spoiled child. I hope I don't eat anything more. Total water intake is 3600 ml as it was planned. Alright. Let's see how many kilograms I will be by tomorrow morning. See you. Breaking news: I am a spoiled child but slightly and I won't give up. End of the day: 3600 ml, 934 kcal, omnivore eating. Day 2, June 22nd: Today I woke up late. It's 13:00, I'm still laying down. I missed breakfast time and haven't drank any water yet. Thinking about what to do, once my brain starts working everything will be much quicker, I hope that time is soon. In my household egg is oddly important, they say "you can't have it everyday" I mean with this diet, to be able eat this food three times a day is kinda blessing Meal 1: 900 ml water + 2 boiled eggs, 1 green apple, 1 table spoon of cacao granola + 900 ml water. 257 kcal and a full stomach, thanks god. Just drank the middle 900 ml. It was 17:00 or something like that. Late dinner/second and last meal: 1 boiled eggs and others. 900 kcal total. 3200/3600 water No sport Omnivore Day 3, June 23rd: Yesterday I screwed. Today I woke up very unmotivated and decided to give up, thought I could not do this properly anyway and went to the kitchen, found a leftover pudding cup, owned it immediately and started eating. This is how my 23rd of june began. The pudding finished in 3 dessert spoons which almost equal to 135 kcal, but when it finished, I found out I didn't want to give up now. Went back to kitchen and drank that water. Meal 1: 800 ml water + 3 dessert spoons of pudding, 10 gr white bread, half of a dessert spoon of jelly, 5 olives, 1 boiled egg, 2 table spoons of greek yogurt. Woke up late again. I think I need to do my chloe challenge twice today, one for yesterday, one for today. I know I need to drink 1000 + 900 ml waters before the second meal time. Doing sports will make me want to drink some. As I woke up I start watching Death Note, it is really good, finally I won't feel sad for the money I pay to Netflix. 13:20 My online shopping delivery has arrived. Finally, something good. It is just bambu chop sticks. I bought them because I am influenced by animes and I thought eating with chop sticks makes me stop eating fast and my metabolism can work better. By the way we are out of eggs now, I need to go grocery shopping. 15:52 shopping, done. Went shopping again and bought some onions. Meal 2: 1/2 onion, 2 eggs = scrambled and cooked together in 2 table spoons of vegetable oil. (I used my chopsticks for the first time for this, took an era to eat, just like the plan. Nice.). 1/4 glass of milk + 1 table spoon of cacao granola. 1 tomatoe and 10 gr soft cheese. Total calorie intake of the day 895 kcal. Water is currently 2400/3600 ml Sport is currently 15/70 min 20:02, end of report today's eating reflection: Vegetarian 23:50 water 3600/3600 ml 70/70 min kcal: stayed the same I wonder how my weight will be in tomorrow morning Good bye and good luck

I’ve been doing other diets the past week but i fell off track with my diet in the last few days. I managed to lose 1.3kg but i need to lose much more. I am going to do this diet for the next three days. Will update you all each day. Height: 161 cm Weight: 54.6 kg Day 1: 54.1 kg Lost: 0.5kg Day 2: 53.7 kg Lost: 0.4kg Day 3: 53.1 kg Lost: 0.6kg I lost 1.5 kg in 3 days!! This diet really works. I’m so happy!! Always remember that thetr's no diet that fits all. Always consult your doctor before doing any diet. I'm in my fitness journey for a decade now. I don't follow any strict diet. Everything is in moderation. I rarely eat junkfoods, I rarely drink soda, i rarely eat fast food and preserved foods. I move a lot. I bike, swim, run, yoga and lift. Cutting is only good for few days but it's not sustainable and not good for your body.

this is seriously the best diet ever (thank you for showing me:) i started it yesterday (66.7kg) and today my weight was 64.7kg day one: 2hard boiled eggs 1 portion of homemade chicken soup cup of green tea around 2l of water day two: 2 bananas portion of homemade soup cup of green tea 600ml of water and i had some sweets (it was kinda cheat day)

I've gained alot of weight during the pandemic this year. Staying at home took a tol in my life causing me to eat to distract myself from my problems. Today, finally I'm feeling better and had the motivation to lose weight again. Long story short, last night i came across this video and wanted to try it out today. Now is currently 8:19pm, i just had my dinner and weighed myself. My weight last night was 68.87kg, today I weighed 68.00kg. so it was -0.87kg on my first day. What i ate today: 1. Breakfast: 250ml water + 1 boiled egg + half an apple + green tea 2. Lunch: 500ml water + 2 boiled eggs + half an apple 3. Dinner: 250ml water + 2 boiled eggs + 1 fitnesse snack bar I also did a full 15 mins workout in the morning before breakfast and another 15mins workout in the evening before dinner. You can check out Emi Wong's workout videos, they are easy but very effective. I'm planning to do this diet for a whole week and see how much weight i can shake off. Wish me luck guys! And thank you to this beautiful ate for proving that this diet is possible. It gave me so much motivation to complete this diet today ♥️ Update: today is day 3 of me following this diet and my weight now is 66.6kg. 8kg away from my target weight ♥️♥️ Update 7/3/2022: Last time, I was too busy studying for my exam week and I totallly forgot to update my results here. Anyways, last time I did this challenge in 7 days. Everyday I just ate 3 meals with 2 boiled eggs and a complementary snacks such as apples, banana, sometimes canned food. You can see the examples of my meal from what I have writtten above 😁 Not to forget, I totally cut off sugary drinks, fast foods and rice during the whole week. Also, I drink some detox tea before I go to sleep and when I wake up in the morning. After 7 days, I managed to get to 62kg. So from my initial weight which was 68kg. That was 6kg off in a week. I really recommend this diet for those of you who needs a shortcut for weightloss. However, this is a short term diet. Do not do this continuously as it is not providing you enough nutrition for your body and if you happen to lose motivation during the diet, you will fall into excessive eating because you have been holding back from eating other foods. Now, I still do this diet once or twice in 1 month. Today, I weigh 59kg. I'm still a little bit overweighted for my height which is 153cm. Therefore, I have a long way to go until I reach my ideal weight and BMI. I am trying this Weight =86.2kg Day 1:i ate two boiled eggs and an apple for lunch. And for dinner i ate boiled cauliflower and broccoli and a little bit of corn with a cup of green tea and a yougart dip. And for my snack i ate some nutts. Weight :85.3kg Day2:

What she did is; To drink 3,6 L water per day To have only 2 meals and to eat total 3 boiled or scrambled eggs + whatever but clean and very minimal, 3 eggs equal to 216 kcals, thus adding something next to the eggs is pretty importart to not feel sick or funny She does her eating with this period; DRINK 900 ml First Meal DRINK 900 ml Wait DRINK 900 ml Wait DRINK 900 ml Second Meal Now you are herbal tea free

Started this diet 2 days ago. Today is my 3rd day and i lost 1.8 kgs. I ll probably do this diet for 5 days and then write my results. So far i am happy with my results. I know that the weight i lost is most probably water but i needed to lose weight fast before i travel :)

Hi i'm gonna try this egg diet for 7 day and 1000 skipping daily Let's see I'm gonna update everyone Current weight 68 kg Goal:64 kg Day 1: done ✅ 67.5 kg I’m shocked lost almost 1.5 kg I do 1000 skipping ❤ Day 2: done✅ 67.7 kg increase i eat some beef 😔 Ok I got my period and I stop workout and this diet but today I started again I can do this keep me motivated guys🫠 Day 1: 67.4 kg Day 2:66.3 kg did 30 minutes walk yesterday Day 3: 65.9 kg i Don't walk yesterday Day 4: 65.5 kg Day 5:65.0kg i Don't workout this 4 days Day 6:64.4 kg did 1000 skipping Day 7:64.2 kg i did it..but i'm extremely constipated sometimes i eat meat and other veggies except rice because it's hard for 1 week just eat eggs i think i'm losing more weight if i do exercise daily but i can't for my little baby boy

Will try this diet from 16 -18 dec. Current weight- 66.1kg Goal -lose 3-5 kgs Day 1- 65.4kg Day 2-64.6 kg Day 3-64.5 kg (I had cheat meal) Lost- 1.6 kg in 3 days without any physical activity. I recommend to add workout with the diet for better results. From 28-30 December Current weight- 65.3kg Day 1- 64.9kg Day 2- 64.8 kg Day 3- 64.3kg I lost only 1kg but I feel so much better. Next time will add workout with this diet.

After watching this and reading the comments, I am now motivated to try this! been wanting to lose weight since I'm a bit overweight :< I'm gonna try this diet for a week so wish me luck:>> Also I am doing intermittent fasting(16:8/skipping breakfast) with this diet and doing an arm workout and a back workout 2 hours before my first meal so I can rlly lose those fats!! I actually got covid 2 days after i commented so my plan got canceled. I got better 2 weeks agoo and i just recently remembered this and did the diet for 5 days 8/20/22 until 8/25/22 and guess what.. I LOST 3.5KG my only meal was one egg for lunch with a side dish and one egg for dinner with a side dish i also drank tea every night and drank lots of water. THIS WORKS EVERYONE!! U CAN DO IT! Well, that’s reAlly insane, but I gonna try on tomorrow 😌😌 But, I will change the meal, lunch time I will decide eat 1 sweet potato, which lower calorie and even low GI Weight: 56.4-57kg Day1: Breakfast: 2 egg (1 without egg roll) abs tomato 🍅 Lunch: 2 little sweet potato Dinner: protein shake ( half of bananas, 100-200ml soy milk , 1/3 tofu and 2 spoon yogurt ( optional ) Day2: Breakfast: 2 eggs and one without egg roll+ little tomato Lunch:2 sweet potatoes 🍠 Dinner: protein shake

So I did this... 2 times and about 10 days apart. A bit of history: I'm already eating healthier and following a very balanced diet but I binged a bit during the eastern holidays and I wanted to return to my previous weight. The first time I did it I managed it for 2 days. So my weight was: 21/05: 130,8 kg 22/05: 127,4 kg 23/05: 125,7 kg And then I completely went of the rail again so I decided to try it one more time and the results were: 31/05: 130,1 kg 01/06: 127,8 kg 02/06: 126,2 kg 03/06: 124,9 kg My questions when I started this were: is it just water? And will it come back once I start eating properly? As to the first, I think if you start now you will see massive results because it will contain water loss, but I did it twice and it worked and my body is already in a diet like state since I've been at it since February, and today that I weighed myself I was 1 kg higher but I think it's normal since your body goes from near starvation let's be honest to eating properly. I hoped I answered some of y'all's questions that I had as well.

it's mostly water and poop. it's easier to lose more weight when you have a higher starting weight and drastically change the amount of calories you take in. someone who regularly eats 1800 cals would have more trouble losing weight fast than someone who eats 3500 cals each day.

If you want a transformation to your body you can do this diet for 10 days or more than 10 days. Then it would be permanent

Watching this while taking my first egg diet breakfast, I ll do it for 3 days straight inchaellah before Aid Al Adha 💜 Day 1: done, I didn't feel hungry at aaaall, I think it's because of the amount of water that we drink, it's good thoo Day 2: dooone, was a little bit hungry and I craved sugar I think because of my period buut I survived I cotroled myself 😂💜 Day 3:dooone Day 4: RESULTS Well, I didn't weight myself, I only take measurements And guess what! I lost 9 inches from my belly, 4 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my thighs and from the arms. I will definitely do this diet again after l Aid 💜💜💜
