Wow, spectacular video footage and commentary! Watching your two previous HR documentaries both informed and inspired me to sign up for the HR Alpes 2023 bucket list stage race (big thanks for your discount code too). Our pre-ride the day before the official start in Megève emphasized just how long and steep these monster mountains would be, not to mention the screaming descents back to the valley floor! You were at the tip of the spear my friend, full gas. Seeing these roads on KZbin now is so unreal - oh yeah, makes me shiver seeing Col du Télégraphe and that summit of Col du Galibier (don't forget the extra 35K ride to Briançon hotels) - in one word: "destroyed"!
