I WASN'T EXPECTING This To ACTUALLY WORK!!! (Biggest Of The Year)

The spillin'ways have been doing me dirty to start the 2023 fishing season.. I've been to a lot of them, casted into a bunch of them, and have only managed to snag some feesh. Now that the winter weather has ended, and the water temps are arising, they fish have started a biting. Time to scratch the spillin'way itch. PAAA POWWW!!!

Since you asked, the thing that discourages me most when I'm fishing is finding trash in or near the water. 🤬🤬🤬 I notice that you sometimes pick up the chits that Richard Head's leave behind. Most carp fishing i watched as a youngster on DVDs was orientated around still waters and reservoirs, so big force fed Pigs from all the ground bait and supplemental feeding fisheries provide, but The American river carp you catch are belters , I know they are considered invasive and can be prolific when they get going , but the carp you get are in prime condition have a sleek look akin to the barbel we have in the UK rivers (similar family) I think if you promoted river carp fishing on some of your rivers European and Uk fishermen who target carp would be keen to sample some of the fish you catch. That aside thanks for tagging us along on another days fishing , nice.

We use a similar setup call the Lindy rig. Usually with a walking Sinker or a lindy no snag sinker but any sinker would do, S.D. walleye thing. awesome video 👍🎣

I hate losing tackle. I lost $50-$75 one spring. When summer came I found a half buried shopping cart in the river and somebody already picked the tackle off of it.I was pissed. Yes I pulled it out.

I have a private lake close to a roadway. I control access to it by right, but people always stop and fish without permission. A 40ft wide chunk of chain link fence on the bottom with a couple cinder blocks keeps my tackle supply filled to the brim. I could tell folks to leave but whatever. Ill take a pile of freebies
