Hello James & Helen Just recently discovered your show! Love it!!! I was born in Woolton Liverpool and lived down the road and around the corner where John Lennon lived (never saw him!) I emigrated with my family to Australia in 1965. I used to go to Llandudno on holidays as a kid with my family. I saw your show about Llandudno, but you and Helen never went up the Great Orme by Tram or by cable car. You missed out on a wonderful experience! Anyway, thank you for showing the lovely places around Yorkshire (never been there!) Kind regards, Lyn.

What a lovely town and what lovely people, if only every town was like this wouldn't it be a better life for everyone. This goverment needs to get a grip grow some b...s sort out crime and lock these knife wielding scum up so we can all have a lovely existence like those beautiful people in Thirsk I'm sick of it. Sorry for the rant james but I get angry when I see what we could all have with a gov willing to do something about it. Well done pal for the vlog of tranquility it gave me an escape of madness for 30 min❤❤❤❤

Enjoyed that. Number of times I've travelled through Thirsk on way to Dales/Lakes and can't remember stopping there. I must make the effort. Walked along the escarpment from Sutton Bank car park to the airfield where the gliders take off. The views are brilliant and it takes you, via approx 100stone steps if I remember rightly, down to a car park below the white horse.

That’s not normal is it ? Do you think I need help😮😅 and can you recommend a shrink!!! One of the best bits of your vlogs is the music you add. I loved that music going in to Herriot museum. No he’s not my cuppa but we learn as we go. Looks like a Norman church. I love those knitted things as part of some group for thirsk. Whoever made that wood thing over the font 🤷♀️ was it? Anyway, must have done a few hours carving that. One of the cities you made me want to visit was Newcastle. I never got a good look at it years ago when I went. Thanks for sharing…. Very quiet where you are today. People doing those carvings today would be called vandals lol. Go get food now… enjoy!

Enjoyed watching that with my cheese on toast...☺️ My son Dan is just about to embark on a big road trip journey from down here in Thanet, all the way up to Aberdeen, and asked me for some suggestions where to stop overnight "halfway". I told him to watch some of your videos to get an idea of some nice places in Yorkshire and the North Midlands/Peak District etc. So now he's booked some chalets and similar up around your "manor" James. About a year ago, my sister passed away from lung cancer at only 60...and about a month later, her eldest son, who lived up near Aberdeen, committed suicide. He and my son Dan were great friends when they were naughty teenagers together, and got up to all sorts of mischief together. So...Dan is making a pilgrimage up to Aberdeen to pay his last respects to his cousin. It'll be a sad trip, but hopefully he will see some of the beauty of your part of the world...on his way up there. Thanks for that James...Thirsk looks like every "ideal" English town, that we all need to preserve and enjoy as a representation of our culture, heritage, and history for future generations to see. 😊

James, I too have been having dpf troubles with my diesel ford car. I was interested in the Carly device in your promotion so I took a look. I was put off after realising that although the device is actually free, you would be paying a yearly subscription in excess of £50. Your discount code only applies to the first year too. So, BUYER BEWARE, be careful and read everything before making your purchase. Also, I live near Haworth. So a heads up of your intended visit date would be good. I may see you there. 😊
