Before watching my idea of principles to find an ICP is: Before: What’s the customer’s dreamoutcome, who does it effect, when does it happen, why does it happen? What’s the customer’s frustrations, who does it effect, when does it happen, why does it happen? After: one ideal customer profile

These principles are definitely applicable to B2B businesses more broadly but B2B SaaS is what I have 15 years of experience in so I stick to that.

Yes, we have 100+ episodes on the KZbin channel. Binge it for free, make money, then invest a portion of it to work in a deeper way to scale.

My question is when you do qualitative interviews and found an ICP that does exactly what your company is doing, do we want to consider their buying power?

You should ask yourself why they don’t have any tooling. Chances are these aren’t great customers.

@@TKKaderThanks for your reply. I am in a B2C SaaS company and identify 2 ICPs from our Q1 existing customer survey . (How to discovery their characteristics beside knowing their desire outcomes?) and use it in the GTM plan. Thx again.
