Is he talking about calisthenics when he says "broken up gymnastics"?
@sk8kevhdf4 жыл бұрын
Yes

maybe at that time that comment was justifiable it was at the beginning of the sport but now I think calisthenics have surpassed gymnastics in terms of strength moves and creativity. move like victorian in street workout is much cleaner than a lot of gymnasts and now they have harder pull moves like caruso plus now the average calisthenics athlete is stronger than your average gymnast and gymnastics doesn't make use of movements with bent arms which limits the creativity of the sport but everything is allowed in calisthenics. and they are breaking every world record for the strength moves. and still the sport has a lot of potential

It is very impressive what you can do! Just ..... How many people have 6 hours to train per day? And How often will you be doing one arm flips??? I think you need to be a bit more target specific, to point out the benefits and advantages of having full control and ability to manipulate your body in the way that you are able to do! Keep up with awesome work!

+Mark Mahanets Hes not saying you have to do what he does, just that instead of doing repetitive monotonous workouts with weights or treadmills you simply should be trying to move. Move creatively and instinctively.
