How to make Garam Masala
Let's discover the taste of chicken legs in a new way? Let's prepare garam masala - a recipe for Indian cuisine. It may sound quite strange to most of you, but in fact, garam masala is a mixture of spices that is added to the gravy to enrich its taste, make it rich and interesting. And all the products for the meal are available in almost every supermarket, so there will be no problems with the search. So, we first prepare a gravy rich in spices, and then stew the chicken legs in it. They come out surprisingly soft, come away from the bone nicely, but keep their shape. Yummy! Try it to diversify your daily menu.
Ingredients for making garam masala:
7 shanks TM "Nasha Ryaba"
200 ml of coconut milk
200 ml of water
1 red onion
70 g of butter
70 g of cashew nuts
3 cloves of garlic
20 g of ginger root
1 lime or lemon
1.5 tbsp. l. tomato paste
1 tsp. garam masala (spice mix)
3 bay leaves
pinch of hot pepper
a pinch of chili pepper flakes
a pinch of coconut flakes (for serving)
salt to taste
boiled rice (for serving)
7-8 sprigs of cilantro (for serving)
