If Lady Tremaine(Eleanor Audley), The Walrus and The Carpenter(Pat O' Malley), Cheshire Cat(Sterling Holloway), and The Queen Of Hearts(Verna Felton) were charged for their crimes. Like I said in early videos other studios, and shows will be shown later.

She could in theory be charged with tyranny; esp for violating due process. Usually the sentence is death. Though she might be forced to abdicate and sign power away from the crown. Actually happened in the UK on both outcomes with different monarchs.

Cheshire Cat could do it if he wanted. Given that her response to any "threat" has and probably would be beheading, his ability to make parts of his body disappear makes him legally or realistically immune to any retribution so he can afford to tear her legitimacy, including her intimidation factor, apart piece by piece

The Cheshire Cat's more neutral and sometimes good. So he's really more of an anti-hero than a true villain. The Walrus and The Carpenter, although responsible for leading The Oysters to a certian fate, still have morals. While The Walrus ate them all without sharing them with The Carpenter he wept possibly because he either felt sorry for them or had eaten them all so quickly, one might say it was a bit of both, so he must've born with hunger issues. The Carpenter was furious with The Walrus for not sharing their meal so he chased him away. The duo are also seen in a few comic strips where they don't do something evil and try to help others which usually end up with backfired results. The Walrus was also shown in one book adabtation of Alice in Wonderland where he, along with The Dodo and The Caterpiller try to help Alice with her serch for The White Rabbit, but they mainly take up her time with funny songs and silly races. That makes them more neutral than evil.

I'm presuming both predator and prey are anthropomorphized, so it counts as a crime. This is why Shere Khan (a talking tiger) got a criminal record in part 6, but Monstro (a non-talking whale) didn't get one in part 1.

I used Trafficking as slavery is what most people think of that kind of stuff, but the charge is called Trafficking. I wasn't thinking of giving her the trafficking charge as kids are forced to do a lot of chores in people's homes, but she gets unfair treatment from her Step Mom, and it gives slavery vibes since she can't leave her home so it is Trafficking/Slavery.

I wouldn't say the Step sisters, because one of them(Anastasia) was more light hearted(In the sequels), and the two were technically trying to please Lady Tremaine, because they knew they would be neglected if they didn't do what their mother told them to do. Lucifer, wouldn't get any all he does is doing what cats do, but in a slightly more sinister way.

From what I remember, the walrus assaulted the carpenter a second time before the abduction. Also, shouldn’t the carpenter receive a greater sentence since he was a co-conspirator? After all, he wanted to eat the oysters as well.

Actual punishments... Lady Tremaine: Unknown. If we include the sequels, she was denoted to sculley maid for an unknown length of time. The Walrus: Death by bludgeoning, assuming the Carpenter caught up with him. Cheshire Cat: Death by erasure from existence (when Alice awakened). Queen of Hearts: Death, same method.
