I feel like the best example of this is the Deku Demanding video: there are people who genuinely act like this, so the creator of the video can take that genuine emotion and add enough self awareness to enhance the absurd nature of it, thus making it funny.On the other hand, when a person tries to make a funny video, often times it can feel fake because the humor is not organic. It's why it takes a certain type of person to be an actually funny stand up comedian. To better put it, the cringe videos have a sense of genuineness to them, while funny videos often times are made to be funny on their own, which can lead to them feeling "artificial" and thus becoming unfunny to the point of cringe.
