In the bank robbery he puts a gasbomb in the mouth of the guy he shot. Could be another first degree murder. He blackmails Batman in saying if he doesn't put off his mask people will die. Could also this be seen as terrorism? The guy in the bat suit also maybe was tortured. He was using mentally ill people for his work. Could also this be a crime itself? He was at places he wasn't allowed to be very often. Illegal possesion of many weapons. He wants Mr. Reese to be killed by citizens with intention for society to turn murderes. I'm guessing a handful of these aren't accurate identifications of the crimes, and some would have fines attached or maybe just fines rather than years of imprisonment. Still fun to watch and tally up 😂

I don't think shooting a rocket launcher is just second degree murder. That's like, ownership of a rocket launcher first of all. Shooting a rocket launcher second of all. Public endangerment, public property damage, and a whole heap of other charges and then yeah the dude died. That in itself is like a life sentence....
