@Dan Reardon To "lynch" is defined as for a mob to murder someone without a proper trial. Ahmaud was lynched. If your confusion is the lack of hanging Ahmaud, know that hanging is just a form or aspect of lynching, especially popularized somehow by whites against blacks in the US and South Africa, among other places and peoples. Glad to clear that up for you. And if you're trolling, then "nice try" Dan👌🏽

That’s why Arbery ran to the right to use the pickup as a barrier. But when he got to the front of the pickup Travis closed the distance further by also running to the front of the pickup. Instead of keeping that pickup barrier by running to the back. Guilty AF

@capncrunch9053

@@organizedchaos7504, my response to Erica was not at all meant to be condescending. Her response to me was polite and she spoke what she thought. I respect that, and I truly do wish she understood why the not guilty verdict was returned. Now lets deal with you; You can argue that Kyle had no reason to be in Wisconsin, that's irrelevant. People cross state lines all of the time. This argument is legally irrelevant. Despite what the prosecutor said, Kyle did NOT carry a firearm across state lines. That's why it was thrown out. Carrying a weapon that night was not against the law for Kyle, in fact, many many people were carrying weapons that night. Still no law broken. It's argued by many that Kyle went there with the intent to kill people. Defense attorneys shot that down by showing video of Kyle performing many acts contrary to that narrative including, scrubbing graffiti from walls, assisting or offering to assist people with medical needs or simply a bottle of water. Still no law broken. Defense attorneys demonstrated that Kyle attempted to put out a dumpster fire which caused the ire of Rosenbaum who threatened to kill him if he caught him alone. Kyle attempted to leave the scene (first indication that he wasn't there to murder people) but was pursued by Rosenbaum and Ziminski. Ziminski fired a shot into the air, just seconds before Kyle turned on Rosenbaum who was by now only a few feet from Kyle. Kyle, who at this point was backed into a corner (as demonstrated by multiple videos) watched as Rosenbaum reached for his rifle. It was at this point that Kyle killed Rosenbaum. Now, the defense argued that Kyle could have just fought him instead of shooting him, but remember, less than 3 seconds earlier, Kyle heard someone fire a gun right behind him and Rosenbaum was now trying to take his gun. This was a clear case of self defense (according to Wisconsin state law) and the defense attorneys proved that. The 2nd and third shooting happened because a mob was chasing Kyle. None of the people testifying stated that they knew the details of the Rosenbaum shooting, just that people were saying he was an active shooter and their reason for trying to stop Kyle was in fact for that reason. The problem is, they were wrong. Despite what they THOUGHT was going on, and their good intentions, they were chasing a young man who had just defended himself. So now we have a kid who kept saying he was trying to get to the police to turn himself in for the first incident, and the mob (many of which were calling for Kyle to be killed) chasing him, kicking him, striking him with a skateboard and pulling on his weapon, one of them pointing a gun at him. Were their intentions genuine? I think they probably were. I think they thought they were trying to stop an active shooter. But from Kyle's perspective, they were trying to harm him. Enter the self defense argument. True, a skateboard is not necessarily a weapon, but when used to strike someone in the back of the head, the user has made it become one. Add to that, that Huber was attempting to pull the firearm from Kyle, Huber was shot and killed. Once again, self defense. Grosskreutz was the easiest act of self defense to prove. He admitted in court that Kyle didn't shoot him UNTIL Grosskreutz pointed his gun at Kyle. You don't have to like Kyle, you don't have to agree with him being there. But if you're on the jury you have to set aside YOUR emotions and focus on the facts. I watched the trial with an open mind. I tried to put myself in the shoes of the jury and consider the facts as they were presented. Notice that I simply presented the facts to you and was not at all condescending to you. Do try to respond in kind.

@@jenniferrae6646 i disagree. Well, actually i agree but not that the dishonesty is "mainly defense lawyers". Ive witnessed numerous times (key is to disregard whether one actually committed said crime) in that they'll distort situations and as background or side notes, they'll make everything appear to be nefarious if they think it will help seal a conviction. Someone can have completely different intentions and do or say something and they'll deliberately take it out of context and spin it to add motive, intent etc in the interest of adding to the chances the jury convicts. Again, i cant stand lawyers from either side as they all do the sane thing. Theyre not bound by or to the truth. Da is bound to an outcome of conviction and defense is the opposite.

I have exceptional control over what and how i project myself, and if i dont want you to see something you wont. Lol, if im up to no good or trying to be deceitful in one way or another im extremely good at acting normal etc. However, if im innocent of something im being accused of, my intentions are misread in a negative way all way. As someone from the UK and has watched all of the Court proceedings, where we don’t have guns, the Prosecutor was so eloquent particularly when talking about students walking down a school corridor! They really thought the good ol boy system was going to prevail for them. And it sure looked like it would, at first (there are still some current and former prosecutors who need to be investigated, over the initial refusal to bring charges)...but by the end of the trial, you can see it all over their faces. They know they're cooked. And the more she turns up the heat, the more you can see them sweat.
