I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. My therapist once asked right in front of him, "Why do you want to be in a relationship with a ghost?" He's ghosted every chance of commitment, trust, honor and respect. He stonewalled after that session, nvr did the assignments, she fired him as a client and I started making an exit plan. ☆NO CONTACT 2 MONTHS☆ Finding myself, happiness and peace again!

it happens every time lol, there is literally no point in interacting with people like that in any regard. everything is a damn game to them. it’s literally impossible to maintain a relationship in any capacity with a person who is never consistently there; so it’s no surprise that when i stopped doing everything and stopped accepting being ignored, those relationships crumbled.

Exactly right - there's not. It also doesn't matter "who leaves who" or what the narc thinks in the end. You could argue there is no end with a narc because it never truly began, they are delusional. No contact for good.

I wanted to be ghosted! The reverse pyscology worked like a charm!. I realized that he remained obsessed with his ex because she went no contact and he started to do the same to me. I personally don't want to be stalked, harassed or obsessed over anymore. l truly delight in the fact that he thinks he's won and he can carry on in his utter delisuion that I want him back. 😂

After he emailed me after 3 months of NC, I already learned to go NC after educating myself on what I was dealing with. Instead of emailing him back (because I really wanted to give it to him), I emailed my response to my therapist instead so that way I got it off my chest without giving him the satisfaction of my response. ✌️ out

This happened to me as well. He caught me at my door when I was painting it and stroke a conversation and out of politeness I replied here and there. But I picked up on the "chase game" he was playing and within days I went back to no contact and I am staying no contact this time. I did not chase him or anything. Simply...went back to no contact. He tried calling again since, but he is blocked everywhere AND I AM NOT BREAKING NO CONTACT AGAIN!!!!!! I believe I have managed to break the trauma bond as I absolutely do not want to be anywhere near him. I go out of my way to never cross path with him ever again.

I made the mistake of breaking no contact a few months ago only to be lured in for games/get used for transportation needs, but luckily I was emotionally detached. I got sick of the games and being used thinking he wanted to be friends, so I have now ghosted and went no contact. These people can never change and they will continue to use any chance they get. Only 5 days of no contact. I need to make this the final discard on my part.

And yes youre right: seek therapy. Emdr not only on this guy but seek for the root of why you put up with his treatment. I had to do it cause I was miserable as hell and couldnt see what Inwas allowing and couldn’t leave even when I finally understood his games and disorder. Its not all about them. You need to search for the root causes within yourself why you put up with this shit and its in your childhood. I never wanted to experience this hell again so I decided to dive deep within my self. Never again.

Save your number in your contacts with the narcissist's name and write to "them" to get it out of your system whenever you need to. The message bounces right back, and that's all they do anyway - mirroring. Gets cravings out of your system and the narc gets no supply, starving them of oxygen.

I want to add something in this. Lee mentioned trauma bonds and it being the reason most people go back. If you are continuously running back to a narcissist or toxic person you are giving them permission to treat you like crap and at that point you need to be digging inside of YOURSELF and find out the why’s because obviously you have issues and low self esteem to be co dependent on toxicity! My ex whom I was married to for 4 months and recently filed an annulment, I went completely Mia and ghosted him. And he emailed me lol saying “I have some cups you left at my house, I will leave them with your apartment manager in the next few days”😳😳😳😳 I’m not stupid enough to respond. And then he emailed “I have a delayed package going to your house sorry keep an eye out please”. Again I am not breaking no contact hell no! When he showed me his true self after we got married. Relationships are built in teaching and if we teach our children this positive mindset it works because when they grow up, you don't want your children going through the same bullshit as us in the past. Good on you, my aunty put her foot down on my cousin (her daughter) and said enough!!! Cut the story short, every time my cousin meet someone she happens to fall pregnant with that guy. You will be fine.. i was going through the same thing.. i could not eat, sleep nor could do anything. My ex cheated me several times had multiple sexual relationship but always character assassinated me. He ruined my life kept me away from friends and family. When he left me for some other girl i didnt know where to start from.. the pain was awful. I did my best for the him for the last seven years its his loss that he lost me. Its almost 2 months and with every new day the pain is reducing. And i m happy he left me because now i know my worth and i deserve much better.

I'm suffering from TRAUMA BOND! 17 mos with her. 30 days ago she set me FREE! I treated her like a Queen. She treated me like a peasant. Even her Mom told her He's a Keeper. I broke NC last nite! My version of no contact is responding when i want, if i respond at all. I rarely ask for anything & if ge goes narc (belittle, berate, anger) i hang up immediately. I'm afraid you have this narc for the rest of your life, when you share a child together only you can make that decision on what you want from them. For a narc to get in touch and ask for insurance money where is the narc responsibility? The narc knows you have a soft gullible heart and that is what they like whilst they have their side supply on the side. Then he started leaving comments on my social media posts. I responded, but I didn't text his phone. Sadly im not sure if my ex is bpd or if she really knows some of her ways. I love her trully but i do know she did some damage for sure. She tried to rush marriage then also used it against us because i didnt as part reason leaving. I believe if something id off and toxic moving in together is the wrong move.
