" In the video, we will be going over beauty from a scientific standpoint, the psychological transformation into the "ideal," exploring real-world beauty icons' perspectives, coping methods to restore your self-image, and how to handle insecurities in the face of societal standards.

As guy who likes dating a guy I feel like the beauty standard is so high and so ridged and obsessed with sex if it feels so unrealistic to live up the idea of a perfect guy . Even if you come close you still feel like your easily replaced. I've always been told I was beautiful but treated like I'm not enough. I'm so utterly confused.
