One of many greats who were the right person at the wrong time. So many uncrowned champs, but I have to agree, he’s the best to ever do it, in spite of judging.

If he actually trained hard once in his life he would have won Mr Olympia. He didn't want it as bad as Ronnie or Dorian and that's why he never won. That's on him.

How about that serendipity. I was looking for a program for lats. I need to balance strength against my traps so my shoulders and neck don't give me headaches. I like the high volume approach. German high volume 10x10s, or 50-40-30-20-10 countdowns. Sets of 20 I might have to lighten weight a little. But it's worth a try.

those 20 reps give a nice pump & a great lactic acid burn.

I like Gironda’s 8x8 protocol with 30-40% of your max with a 30-60 sec rest in between sets.

20 reps for building muscles or only for competition preparation?????
@SuperhumanUnchained2 жыл бұрын
@@White-51214 well it is not directly for building muscle 💪🏾 and also not for only bodybuilding competition, but between 20 reps and 14 reps is for getting lean as possible wether you are a bodybuilder or not, and for building muscle it must be a heavy weight that you can do 6 to 10 reps with
