Excellent reply to people concerned. Please don't change your method of presenting to satisfy anyone else. Please continue to demonstrate these old recipes. I request you to print a recipe book for the same. These recipes need to be preserved for posterity. It was not poverty that made people cook these dishes just the basic Hindu culture of not overdoing anything Rich or poor all our ancestors followed a similar lifestyle . Actually the more cultured you are the less ostentatious you become. That is the reason why there are very few grand palaces to be seen in Kerala or TamilNadu. Unlike in the North.
