Is there a qigong to strengthen arm. I can not lift my one arm, noter move back. I can move it forward, and can not lift it all the way up to stretch. Is there exerscise for this.??

I'm 73 anx havs a weak back..sciatica .I had a fall.and landed on my bum with a huge thump. Standing for long is diffucult but I would really like to try these exercises. What should I do?😊

I have been under attack for years. A friend has just qualified as a acupuncturist. She will be amazing at this. She is at all healing therapies. ❤ Due the the attacks, and ongoing lack of support. I fear the worst. I suffer all the symptoms you describe. She has hope. I've lost all Hope now. Despite asking for support I am never heard. Stress, and the poor life styles choices this leads to, are killers! I guess I've done it to myself. I don't want to be here anymore.

Question… when combining the massage and the pressing the palms, we take a deep breath up to the points in the back of the neck - do we hold the breath until we sink down with the pressed palms, or breathe normally?
