Think it depends on the season for me….feel more yang in spring and early fall, more yin in late fall/winter and also summer.

Thank you for your insight. I first learned qigong on youtube through many different videos, then took a class to learn the 8 brocades, and did a year of training in medical qigong. Sometimes I wonder which practice I should be doing. I usually come back to the 8 brocades as my go to but I also like the idea of practicing seasonally to strengthen the organs. It's just like you said, do the practice that you need.

I felt a coolness within my breathing that I could feel travel throughout my whole body, I could feel the lessened aches I had in my body after laying down watching a workshop for so long, I could feel depths of energy especially around my heart buzzing as if a generator was turned & tuned , I feel such a deep presence of being here as I am right now with gratitude of such peace ✌🏽. All that was gifted to me throughout this beautiful treasure of healing, thank you so much for sharing this for it is truly life changing for me 🎉❤😊

Hello Jeffrey, I’ve been watching your wonderful videos for years. However, I fractured my hip in April and I’m still on a wheeled walker so I’m unable to do the standing exercises at present. I’m using the one from 6 years ago on seated exercises but is there any chance that you could do another updated version for us oldies or disabled? Many thanks.

I've only just begun to practice quigong and enjoy the benefits. It inspired some deep thought after a few weeks about qui. I wondered if some people are utilizing their qui to do tasks or hobbies such as play guitar. When we notice someone who is a natural at whatever they are doing, could it be they are utilizing their qui? I've tested this theory, but not practiced enough to know if I imagined the response I felt. As I was washing my car with a long handled brush, I noticed that I was awkward handling the brush. When I noticed thati said to myself , " I should use my qui!" As soon as I thought that, my whole body got into the movement to work together with the brush!! I was amazed! I wonder if I imagined that. What do you think?

I've been looking for a "vitality program" and I think I found it. You offer individual interaction, talking to me as if we are next to each other. A calming pace and clear instructions and information, "who, what, when, where, and why". I look forward to following and learning with you.
