Thanks for a simple exercise for keeping balance. Now that I'm 71 I do notice my balance isn't what it used to be.

You are very welcome! I will also cover other ways that you can improve your balance over the next few months using some other really effective exercises. You only need to do them for a few minutes a day if you are consistent.

That's tougher than it looks, so the plan is to practise every day for a week and see if it improves.....fingers crossed ( as well as legs )

Great plan! you don't have to do it for long but if you do it regularly, you will soon see improvement. It is such a great way to stop some of those automatic balance reflexes that we rely on from getting worse as we get older.
