Derek begins to improve his lower chest, outer pectoralis and upper. If he enlarges his forearms, and they are his genetic forte; increase the trapezoids by 1/6, with super definition and add some more poses when posing on stage, for example, double front triceps with lowered arms facing forward, myth pose like Sergio Oliva and Lee Priest but also from the front not only from the back which made on the stage of Mister Olympia 2023, he will be almost invincible. Derek may have forearms like Dorian Yates in 1993 before he cut weight for the Mr. Olympia contest, and then his forearms were beer bottle big ! Of course, he must pay attention to the balance between the size of the upper arm and the forearm, which could easily become too strong.
