If possible please make a video exclusively for ladies 🙏 please make a video for ladies who are above 40 age ,what type of exercise we can do as 40 age female..how much weight we can lift dumbbell or kettlebell, how much time or repetition we can do..Also please make a video for pregnant ladies , as a pregnant women can we lift weights,if yes how much, repetition and how many minutes of weights lifting, exercise,walking can be done?? Your weight gaining shake suggestion is amazing and I started for preworkout shake 2 hrs prior to Gym. Iam seeing good energy 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs with good good volume.

Thanks for the information. You say verity of exercises but in the KZbin there are videos emphasis to do particular exercises every day. For example take pushup. I doubt this suggestion because after a strength training, you need 48 hours recovery time to build up new muscles.

KZbin is a resource for exercise like for information. It’s not as good as a personal coach but is better than not knowing anything about an exercise,

Unlike other exercises I get very tired when doing pushup. Is there any reason for that? That means pushup shows me clear endurance to me.

How many pushups can you do . Generally 15 to 20 in a stretch is pretty good . More than that you have to train endurance and strength. Once you do 20 basic push ups go for harder variations .

@@DrSanthoshJacob I do 50 military push-ups alternate days. That mean 15, 15, 10, 10 rep with 1 min interval. My minimum target is 40 military push-ups within a minutes. Because recent research shows that if one can do like this CVD's risk factor is 4%.
