🙏😊🙏 I wish he was our dog, he found us during our holiday and stayed with us for 5 days. Now he has found a new home in Germany. So glad he is safe and well.

I did this w/o the weights but I tried to put as much resistance in my movements and in a much slower pace. Perfect morning routine! ❤
