@@ImprovedHealth Good morning Jules, thanks. You know l believe it is because l came to love these exercises. I don't think l could be consistent otherwise. I came to see the benefits too. We go through the whole body, we move everything and they all loosen up, warm up, and can move. I start to feel rigid in my back daily. I wake up with a backache. These things make me feel old and a bit sad. I really think l am not that old that this should happen to me at 52. But it does. And when I do your workouts I feel more like an oiled machine it moves and can work. I guess, all this is my fault in the sense that in 30 years l was not able to get to like exercising nor able to make it a regular part of my daily routine. I was forced to start exercising by the pain first in my back. It still took 6 years from that moment to get to the point where l can say it's part of my life and l am regular at working out, even if it is only a few minutes a day. I endeavour to get it 15 minutes daily. I will not set high bars l would only give up. I still do 4x 15 minutes a week and some walk. It's a far cry from what experts say we should do daily to build up and preserve muscles and flexibility not mentioning balance and bone health. But it doesn't help if l am not reasonable with my limitations of my mind. That's my story. Have a lovely day! See you later

@@ImprovedHealth Hi Jules, thank you for your timely advice. When I was younger no amount of walk was too much for me, I could walk forever. Now, I get tired easily. Even walk is different. I have started to take Vitamin B complex and Magnesium to see if they help. I might be very low on them and it is possible that no matter what I eat I just never get enough of what I need. So, perhaps if I add them in a supplement form it will help. I am checking it out now. So far, it's good. I slept better these two nights I took Mg and B, before going to bed. I had enough sleep today and unlike yesterday I am not tired. But I am not bouncy either. 🤔

Oh, I really loved this workout. The 15-second changes were great for keeping boredom at bay, plus, the constant change-ups surely help to prevent injury. I felt muscles I haven't felt in a long time, and it feels good! Plus, the variety of arm movements were good for my right arm, which I'm still babying. I could feel the muscles tiring, but NOT getting achy or sore. I was also careful not to do jerky or vigorous movements with that arm for now, keeping things gentle to go for strength WITH healing. A wonderful way to get my workout in before heading off for an afternoon of babysitting! [BTW walked 9,000+ steps yesterday!] Thanks for this great workout, Jules. I missed it on the first go-round.

Gyms are embarrassing as I walk differently and stoop a bit and people stare. Usually the 5 minutes will boost your energy and before you know it, you'll have finished the whole workout. Exercise is also the #1 recommended thing to do for depression. 17, 2 2024 Hi Jules, lack of sleep made me tired and sluggish today, so it was rather the need to have my exercise done than desire to do it. It was more the pride of accomplishment than the pleasure of exercising. But, I was disciplined and did it and I am glad, because I did very little today, I sat and slept even daytime to try to recover I ate and sat some more, so tonight I felt I owe myself to do this one at least. 13, 11 2023 Oh, Jules! I just loved it and it was instant. I am going to save this too. It is perfect! I did not have to let down my arms because of fatigue! 15 seconds is just long enough to be okay, but not too tired. I only felt once that my arms got tired but because it was only 15 seconds I pulled through. It's wonderful! I loved the whole light workout! That's my new favourite! And you chose such an amazing background picture with the sea, sunset and a palm tree. At night I do not need vigorous exercises, but I need to feel that I moved all my body members and it was thorough and this one is. I did some standing ab exercises with Andi another online trainer in the morning, so I am glad today, although it was only a half successful day in other areas but doing my workouts it was the best. 12 minutes in the morning and this 15 in the evening. Thank you.

On the day of my flight I did not exercise and on Sunday the 5th, but from 6, November until now I had only one day that I skipped. I am happy with that. Well, I am happy with my exercises but I heard to keep bone health we should do weights and I cannot do anything like that, to keep really fit.

As long as you are enjoying exercise, and staying active daily, it really doesn't matter what intensity you work out at. It's more about moving each day, and enjoying what your body can do for you. If you go too hard and hate it, then you won't continue. Continue doing what works and enjoy the movement:)

However, I keep hearing from all sorts of trainers and health experts that we have to make our body strong, the bones as well as our muscles so that they do not become fragile, work on our balance too, bot to fall when we are old. I cannot do weights and I do not want more strengthening exercises because I only enjoy these light ones. But then, as I am getting older how will I survive healthy? Not too well, I am afraid. I will not be strong and my bones will not be either. Enjoying my exercises and doing them quite conscienciously is one thing but from what I hear it is not enough of a good life at my senior age. This is what worries me. Love K

22, 03 2024 Hi Jules, I have also done two workouts today! Alas, not yours, but some of the other trainers I also work out with. I feel I am getting in shape or perhaps it is just an illusion,but I did 30 minutes and I am really happy about that. Even yesterday I did 3 short ones totalling in 23 minutes. I just wanted to share it with you. Because you are my absolute cheerleader and the one who encourages me not to give up. Friendly love, K

After watching your Disco workout, I’m hooked to your videos. I never knew I could do disco, that brought the unknown out of me. I have hard time following videos that give too many instructions. I like yours cuz they are simple and fun, and no pressure to follow verbal instructions.

Just in case you haven't realized it, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists.

Started doing your workouts when I was having chemotherapy last year, it's been almost a year since I finished chemo but it really knocked my strength for six. I've been doing your videos multiple times a week after work (always good to release shoulder and neck tension) and after having a bath for the first time in months today (normally I shower), I realised how much easier it is for my to get up and out of it than it has been this last year (even a few months ago I had to move onto my knees to get up). I'm almost back to my presurgery strength thanks to your videos! So thank you and looking forward to your workouts for another year! :D

I love this video! it's the perfect rhythm and speed for me. I'm 66 and got a little sedentary, started having blood sugar and high blood pressure. I have lost over 10 pounds since starting this and I do it twice a day :) Please keep this one going if you don't mind. Thank you for the great work out. first time ever I stayed with the same work out regiment. :)

Oh wow! Congratulations on staying consistent with exercise! It definitely makes a difference with the results when you return to exercise daily. It's great that you're splitting the workouts up as well and doing it twice a day. I have lots more like this one under the 'beginner level' workouts. My plan is to make another one in the next week or two.

28, 03 2024 Hi Jules, I want to share some observations I noticed this last few times. I am really clumsy originally, some inhibitation killed my moves. But after about nearly two years of exercising the last few times I noticed that I am better with following the moves let it be dance moves or other type of exercise moves. My rhythm is still not matching the music and the workout but I am much better than I was. And today I did a 20 minutes Latin dance workout with Sharona!

6, March 2024 Hi Jules, I did two today yours and Lucy's. I used to do some ten years ago her exercises and then I went on with others, arriving to you. But i saved one of hers so tonight I revisited it and in the daytime I did yours. Finally, I did two workouts, on my birthday, I am 52 today. I do not celebrate it, but I am glad I managed to do what I wanted to do for some time. Good night, see you tomorrow.
