Loved it! I like the 20 second exercise change. It motivates me to give it my all. I am so happy that I was able to jog during every walking interval! I am 64 and feel so much stronger than I have in many years. Thank you for bringing these terrific workouts and your never ending encouragement to all of us!

I'm pretty proud of myself - I did every walk interval as a jog. I'm almost 72 and am grateful for my health and level of fitness. Thanks for providing all of these workouts! I really appreciate you!

A few months ago I wrote to say thank you for helping me lose 35 pounds. I am still doing and with smart eating choices I am at the same weight.. As the video says good things happen if you do not give up. Thanks again for the videos. They get me dancing around the living room.

I’m so glad to read that you are continuing to workout…sometimes we hit a plateau but by continuing with exercise, you’ll see progress again. In the meantime your body is getting lots of benefits that you might not see, but they are happening. Ideally, try to add in some strength training into your weekly mix.

I've been doing your videos faithfully now for about 2 1/2 years. That is until I had a freak fall in my house in early June. Now almost 3 months later, I'm out of the boot, post op shoes and can ditch the crutches, I've finally been given the green light from my doctor to resume. This is my first week back doing much of anything physical and all I can say is it is SO GOOD TO BE BACK!

I really liked this workout especially the walking...I didn't get to 4,000 steps but I was close & next time I do this workout, I'll try and do a faster walk...Thank you Jules for all your workouts, you never disappoint!

I never make it to the 4000 even when I jog on some of the walks. I made it to 5570. But I’ll take it! It’s a great workout.

I do this every day before I leave home, garentees I get 5000 steps in usually way more, but I'm happy with 5000.

After a couple of weeks on grandparent duty, we are back to our morning routine which includes you. A good video; not too hard but just enough to get the heart rate up and the body moving. Thank you. We both wondered how much more tired we might have been had we not been following you!!!

Great new workout Jules! Love the 20 second interval and the new moves you have shown. Another workout I love is your disco workout....would love to see that in a 15-20 second interval format! I find the shorter intervals keep my mind going and I feel so energized!! Thanks kindly for all your hard work!!

@@ImprovedHealth I didn't want to "talk the eyeballs off" your other subscribers. Here is a list of the moves that you added that were new and/or extra fun: 1 leg to the side with double arms, punch punch/tricep tricep, 3 steps and a knee up, 1 leg moved front, side, back with arm punch, walk backwards, and "flying" sidesteps. Thanks for mixing things up!

Thank you for these easy on my hip workouts, I made it more intense by keeping my arms above my head. Still kept steady state cardio and that does burn fat for sure!

Loved it ! I usually go for a couple of 20 minute videos, but I started late today so I saw a 30 and figure why not! Well, it didn't seem like 30 min, and about 1/2 way through I hit my heart rate goal and it all was so very enjoyable. Love the color coordination that you have in the videos too. Love that you remind us to breathe, drink water, stretch, the continuous music and walking without interruption, wish you had a surprise song at the end such as "so long remix" , the surprise song brightens it up for me. One of my pet peeves is rehydrate... drink water is just fine for me. Thank you for such a lovely workout :)

Fabulous workout, first of yours I’ve done and I had to laugh at my lack of coordination so I figured as long as I keep moving and swinging my arms in some fashion, it’s better than nothing and nobody’s there to laugh at me except myself. Didn’t check my steps before I started, but I’m up to 6,000 so far today 😊. Looking forward to exploring more exercises with you and thank you
