Loved it! I like the 20 second exercise change. It motivates me to give it my all. I am so happy that I was able to jog during every walking interval! A few months ago I wrote to say thank you for helping me lose 35 pounds. I am still doing and with smart eating choices I am at the same weight.. As the video says good things happen if you do not give up. Thanks again for the videos. They get me dancing around the living room.

I’m so glad to read that you are continuing to workout…sometimes we hit a plateau but by continuing with exercise, you’ll see progress again. In the meantime your body is getting lots of benefits that you might not see, but they are happening. Ideally, try to add in some strength training into your weekly mix.

I've been doing your videos faithfully now for about 2 1/2 years. That is until I had a freak fall in my house in early June. Now almost 3 months later, I'm out of the boot, post op shoes and can ditch the crutches, I've finally been given the green light from my doctor to resume. This is my first week back doing much of anything physical and all I can say is it is SO GOOD TO BE BACK!

Here is a list of the moves that you added that were new and/or extra fun: 1 leg to the side with double arms, punch punch/tricep tricep, 3 steps and a knee up, 1 leg moved front, side, back with arm punch, walk backwards, and "flying" sidesteps. Music has a great beat - kept me energized. At 76 YO - 3274 steps & 30 minutes - better than not doing anything other than housework today. Thank you.

Love that you remind us to breathe, drink water, stretch, the continuous music and walking without interruption, wish you had a surprise song at the end such as "so long remix" , the surprise song brightens it up for me. One of my pet peeves is rehydrate... drink water is just fine for me. Thank you for such a lovely workout :)

Fabulous workout, first of yours I’ve done and I had to laugh at my lack of coordination so I figured as long as I keep moving and swinging my arms in some fashion, it’s better than nothing and nobody’s there to laugh at me except myself. Didn’t check my steps before I started, but I’m up to 6,000 so far today 😊. Looking forward to exploring more exercises with you and thank you
