While I watch all your videos religiously I cannot help but comment on the lovely house that you have love the flower arrangement and the little garden of yours clean uncluttered and tastefully decorated!! In such a setup it is impossible to not do some form of exercise:)

I just came to know that all i did bhujangasana for last 2 years was completely wrong pose so I had a problem of lower back pain always, u taught so clearly as every step include....thank u so much, god bless u🙏

There are many extreme Yoga postures but not many delve into the why, how and what of achieving them for beginners like me. Also alot of ridiculous panacea claims too! Thanks for sharing the intricacy in doing the pose correctly and safely. 🙏

Very well explain you are so good. I started yoga a month ago and i,m having a hard time doing the cobra. I,m sure with your videobi have a lot if homework to do. It looks so easy but its not thanks a lot i,m new on your channel but i love your videos❤

Thank you. I was doing Cobra pose as part of a stretch routine on an APP, to stretch abs. Now I will modify how I do this. I do light push-ups while in this position and also lifts of my back without arm support to strengthen my back, like in ballet.

Sir we do thise exersise in sane way in our practcing shedule before riding but one thing is different clear me we in lying position we place our hand near chest in such position so sholder blade retract and body come in mid then inhale lenthen our body and tuck neck then on exhale lift vertebra by vertebra . That's right way.
