Another important video. I've already done these things because you have to invest in your own health. Corporations are interfering in medicine, science, and agriculture. The quest for profit won't make room for self care or the truth in some cases. You MUST do your own work. I ALWAYS read labels. Even that practice won't get you the whole truth about the ingredients. I do the best that I can with my budget. I lean on green and fruit powers in bulk, seed, nuts, herbs, freezing fruits for smoothies, sleep, exercise, and a mental health diet. If you're in American, you HAVE TO be on the job. It's the wild west with our food, soil, and medical establishment. No commercial bread. It almost killed me. If you must have bread, make a pan or baked bread with other types of flower other than wheat. I use sorghum and other stuff. Research.

I'm 100% with the doctor about not letting insurance companies interfere with incentives for heathier eating. Leave them over in their shady corner, and do what you need to do. The goal is to try not to have all of you health in the hands of the greedy beancounters. No one is going to care more than you.

Happy New Year and happy MLK day to all from NYC. I am, as many in this city are sadly limited in our ability to grow our own food. Although I do grow my own sprouts, the rest of my diet is organic whenever possible. I also focus on the 'Environmental Working Groups' dirty dozen and clean fifteen, which helps to guide what I eat. Also, I've found that because people are so use to processed food, with it's abundance of sugars, salt and unhealthy oils as fat sources, it takes time to adjust their taste buds to the flavors of real/healthy foods.

I've been trying to find out for a long time what RFK JR is telling people to eat. But finally I found him saying, "I'm not going to tell you what to eat," instead focusing on removing toxins from the food supply. All I knew was that RFK JR is that he is a body builder, which made me think he's probably leaning toward a no carb diet. What I learned from this webpage you showed us is this: When RFK JR talks about "regenerative agriculture," he's not talking about organic plant-based nutrition. He's talking about raising animal products-- meat, dairy, and eggs-- as the basis for body builder diets. That's his social milieu. This is, of course, idiotic. You can't feed people on grazed, grass fed meat, dairy, and eggs because THERE ISN'T REMOTELY ENOUGH LAND FOR THIS, and even if there was whose to say that eating tons of meat, dairy, and eggs will make America healthy again. Yet this is what most of the body builders believe in these days. This is the justifications of the carnivore diet community for why their diet won't destroy the planet. They also all universally dismiss the idea that beef and sheep grazing is the worst of all foods for the environment, they deny that it causes global warming, and they ignore that deforestation is driven primarily by grazing beef and planting crops to feed cows and pigs. Listen to Mic the Vegan's videos-- he has a degree in sustainability as well as a master's degree in public health. Or listen to videos by Plant Chompers channel (oops... he changed the title to Viva Longevity!") featuring Chris MaCasckill who is an earth scientist. How is RFK JR going to protect natural habitats when moving everyone over from grains and beans and greens to animal products will require DESTROYING all the habitats to raise animals for human consumption? So when RFK JR talks about dismantling the influence of food corporations, he's talking about grain manufacturers, not the meat/dairy/seafood industries devastating the ecosystem with pollution from animal waste and destroying the ocean ecosystem (see the film Sea of Slaughter-- a 1980s documentary by Farley Mowat. It's on youtube). The only thing I agree with RFK JR about is removing toxins from the food supply. But one of the main photographs of Trump, RJK JR, and their allies in government is all of them eating McDonalds on an airplane, so it makes you wonder what they have in mind for making American healthy again. JFK JR also wants to influence Americans to stop taking vaccines, even though populations that have tried that have started breaking out with illnesses like measles. Here's a good video by Chris MaCaskill to start with: "Influencers vs Epidemiologists: Money & Fame vs Science."

Totally agree. I personally am 100% on board with RFK’s stance on vac.cines, fluoride, food dyes, pesticides and other chemicals and processed crap in general, but his obsession with kil.ling and meat/dairy/eggs is disturbing and outrageous, and it’s only fueling all the blood thirsty animal eaters. 😞 And his obsession with seed oils - and him happily eating McDonalds with Trump and only wanting to add back in cow fat for the French fries is jaw dropping lunacy. 😩

@@rainedyani8505 I use vaccines and flouride. Vaccines are especially important to my survival because I have lung disease, and many of the viruses around-- RSV and Covid-- attack the lungs.

Getting chemicals out of our food, soil, water, air, and animals is a first step. People have choice. If they choose grass fed meat, good for them. Sick animals definitely make sick people.

Big corporations don’t care about people they care about profits!! If they can make a cheap product and we the consumers buy it for a greater price they make money. Bottom line follow the money. I am excited about MAHA( Make America Healthy Again) We are so sick in this country!! Doctor I enjoy all the content you put out!!
@shawna72273 күн бұрын
Because people are buying it. Look at McDonald’s look at Chick-fil-A they’ve all been exposed but no one stops buying it. These corporations also donate big so the party they helped support will not demand them to change anything. It’s all fluff. You have to take care of your own health.

I think from the start you’re being biased. The Obama administration did talk about getting America eating healthier, etc. So you should at least mention that.

That's correct. It was a major part of Mrs. Obama's mission. However, it wasn't pushed to a cabinet level position. I will mention this in my live question and answer session.
