I have been using this all week on the EURUSD pair with 1.1710 , 1.1725, and 1.1735 all serving as support and 1.1760 serving as a major resistance level. Also, he is right about putting the pieces together. Charts, indicators, trends, price action, sentiment, flows, news, and support and resistance. It all comes in pieces and they all have to be in place with each trade. It takes a minute and a lot of trial and error and discipline. I have recently turned profitable with an ever evolving trade plan and I am at a point where being right on the trade is bigger to me than the money. It's a thing.

200% excellent lecture.. made me realize mistake I made on Friday. Tesla 675 puts. Hit 670 bwhivj was previous support and bounced. Puts were at 7.20.. I sold at 5 bucks. Still made 50 %. Instead of 100%>

Happened to me today. I got completely spooked out when a pennant break pulled back. After one red candle, the second candle started red, and I immediately hit out. Literally _one second_ later, that red candle became a ripping green one. It was strong on the 2m and the 5m, but on the 1m, that tiny flash of red on a second candle spooked me so much that I totally forgot it wasn't even near my stop loss.

I'm just starting out and would like to ask if you maybe could say a few words about the huge bubble that is forming right now with the governments printing money, interest rates drifting into the negative and the markets overall rising to never reached heights. At some point there needs to be a hefty change, is there a point in investing in stocks that are more "real production and services", that will still be required in a crises? Is it pointless to think about this for investing in stocks for a week and then selling them anyway? Are you investing in stocks long term at all?`Best wishes from Germany.

A general rule of thumb is 3 ATRs if you're swing trading. But it should be based on your pattern.

Probably the Average True Range indicator, given the unpredictable volatility at Support and Resistance can be used…at least it would give satisfaction that 1.5 ATR at the point of entry gave us the best shot at a stop loss…additionally confluence of higher time frames and lower time frames would help I believe…but thanks Jared for your wonderful videos…
