Ships laser who have no obvious aiming system. Weapons with all kinds of strutting stuff, just to look badass. People who suddenly are experts in alien systems. But I can still enjoy the overall theme of a film. Except zombie films. They are stupid beyond help.

So the really low budget knockoff of "Independence Day", but the 3.5 rating on IMDB isnt really fair. For any sci-fi fan, its an entertaining 1½ hours. Also, 1:15:17 Poetic justice.

It' s a Good Movie but The Film leers at or openly copies "WAR OF THE WORLDS" with Tom CRUISE or "INDEPENDENCE DAY" without having the qualities of both but it lets itself be watched. A sad parenthesis when the Young scientist chooses to sacrifice herself to allow them to have a little chance to save the Planet. At the end, a reversal of the situation although they had succeeded. We have a large-scale Alien Invasion, a Fleet heading towards Earth and therefore a possible Sequel as for "INDEPENDENCE DAY RESURGENCE ".Where can we see it if it exists? We would love to know...

Sadly this was disappointing. Sometimes the music is so overpowering you can barely hear them speak. There must have been a story line but what there was has all been done before and very "tongue in cheek".. However, having said that, special effects are well done. I liked the alien "cog "crafts that kept falling over. To be fair I have seen worse .

Good movie, i just want to say this, the moment the third wold war starts, humanity will have to deal with aliens too, not the good aliens, the bad ones who want the earth for themselves. I worked for an American banking software company, in Europe, and we were told on many occasions that the fibre cables were routed to mutual boxes, and then copper cable was used from those boxes to buildings, and then more boxes that switched back to fibre in the building. Even running 8 copper cables from one junction to another didn't speed up the usage. The security agencies hated fibre, it cannot be hacked, but good old copper can be, at the junction boxes.

Still needed point and shoot after calculations. Third one was acoustic guidance listening for propeller or wake. Less problem with point and shoot, but a distinct problem if the torpedo lost track and started listening for another target.
