Thanks Guru bhai, I had this info around 1.5 years back when I use to consume lots of street food par uske baad maine ek kitaab padi health aur fitness ke baarein mein jismein yeh exactly jo aapne bataya wahi bataya gaya tha, Uske baad maine yeh sab khana chhod diya hai aur ab body mein koi taqleef nahi hoti naahi zyada bimaar hota hoon, Zukham hota hai sardio mein magar 1.5 saal ho gaye koi bukhar nahi, Koi pet dard nahi, Koi bhi aur problem nahi ho rahi hai.. It was like poison for me I guess, Abhi bahot accha feel karta hoon street food aur junk food chhodne ke baad..

Deep fried things are mostly bad, but ghee and butter are not, they barely spike insulin and actually helps in fat oxidation, given you don't use on bread or roti.

Great info Guru Mann.. Even I never liked eating street food.. But whenever I cheat I consume my cheat meal at home because just what my mom prepares is made of good oil like olive oil and never there is too much fat content ingredient... :-) And One request please make video regarding How to Keep Insulin Normal By Consuming Good Food..

Brother It all depends upon how much weight you loosing every week . 1-1.5 lb is recommended weight to loose every week in order to minimize your muscle loss. Start doing HIIT 15 min once a week and see how your weight coming up slowly increase it up. No one knows your body better than yourself.

hi Guru Mann i do follow your videos from the start. live in Australia i do saw a lot of video but seriously your video look like real world issue. specially for Us who came from Pakistan India etc. i recently saw your video on Ramadan i was so happy to find that video as you know Ramadan coming in two weeks. i am starting Bulking after shredding 13 KG. My question is can we do exercise at Midnight or early in morning before i start my fasting (stop eating) As we have to do extra prays in evening. i can give enough time because in Australia Fasting time is under 12 Hr can i Bulk my Size???
