Congratulations on your new PR! As a 71-year-old runner I am thankful that I can still run. Every mile is a gift. Here is NC we call it a toboggan.

massive congratulations for a great time and a new pr. Totally agree with the importance of gratitude to be able to run ......i can`t spare from remembering you, what i suggested about your choice of race shoes ....so here i copy my thoughts from last month No way i would try out another new shoe before the marathon, that is more confusion than you want. You need to run in shoes you put trust. So the big question is: Do you trust the Endorhine pro 4 despite the fact, that the result of the marathon was not what you wanted. If you have a solid trust in the pro 4 you take it again, if you have any doubt the Mach 6 would be my choice To be honest, for all middle of the pack runners a modern daily trainer is just fine for a great marathon experience, comfort and good feelings for the feet is much more important than anything else for runners slower than 2:57.......take your shoe choice to run the half as a final try out......getting the pacing right is much more important for you than the weight of the shoes I am sure you have a sub 3 hour marathon in you, and with the learnings you did over a short time, you might improve over the next 5 years....keep up the patience and the consistency, and you will go a long way edit: oh yeah for me it is a woolen hat🤣

A woolen hat…that’s a new one! Yes, I do remember you telling me that and unfortunately I didn’t heed good advice🥲. Next time I will definitely err on the side of comfort. Thanks for your continued watching and interaction!

Endorphin Elite hard on the feet.. Midsole to hard for the Marathon unless you can finish it at Elite pace 😂

I sold thousands of shoes.. In 80% of people the left foot is thicker and longer than the right one. Basically left foot most often half size bigger.. This is why people have pressure pain (toes etc) on the left foot.

Wow, that makes sense now, I appreciate the insight. Yea, they call them Elites for a reason!!! Thanks for watching and commenting!
