Inspirational although I wish I could have seen you doing the pastry in the foil containers. I am worried about how my ham fistedness would tackle that. Many Thanks.

Hi James. Since the pastry is very soft it is very easy to put into the containers, and press to fit. Though if you have several containers it helps to keep them stacked, to give a bit of rigidity when filling. The pastry can also be patched easily too, if necessary.
