I'm an overstimulated, exhausted stay-at-home mom, who dislike exercise (too tired), and have been struggling with insomnia (and laziness). Did this workout at midnight (energy level: drained). I've been so intimidated by many many workout videos here on KZbin (I feel so weak for not being able to complete them), so insecure about my own fitness... This video almost gave me no pressure! Pretty easy to follow, needs zero equipment...thank you for creating this video!

Your workouts are perfection. Love the music, the preview of the next workout, the large countdown in the corner, the little bell ring, and the intuitive exercises that require zero equipment and zero explanation. The duration and variation of moves is also great. Enough to sweat but not overdo it so you’re zapped for energy the rest of the day. Thanks!

I’ve been doing all of your postpartum workouts for the past month , 6 days a week and I lost 10 pounds!! I hope that you continue to make postpartum exercise videos because you are definitely changing people lives. Not only am I losing weight I see a difference in my body structure and strength, I’m starting to like what I see in the mirror after gaining over 50 pounds from my 4th child, also i am 4 months post baby, started at 198 down to 169, I was 178 when I started doing your postpartum workouts... thanks again

Hello! I haven’t been postpartum for 40 years! But I needed an indoor workout because it’s just too cold outside. I do a walk/run. (Mostly walk). But I have been challenged to find something that I can do indoors. Your workout is amazing. I will follow and find more of your routines. I know that you’re not intending your workouts for seniors, but the aerobic and balance that I’ve found with your routines will keep me working out with you. Thank you😊

I actually was going to go in the comments and add a similar comment. I am 56 about to retire and I have always been fitness minded all my life. I am ending a stressful corporate career, where my fitness has been secondary. This was a great work out and not too simple or light on the intensity…..so thank you. I know you market for pregnant and postpartum…..I would suggest to add active senior as well. :)

I absolutely love this one. I am 6 months post partem and with 3 littles I don't have a lot of time to exercise, so it's been slow going getting my strength back. So things I love about this one: 30-40 minute range is perfect, limited jumping (hard on my joints and back right now), limited repeats. I feel like its one I can do and it doesn't kill me! Thank you so much for inspiring me doing your videos with a smile!

I am not pregnant nor postpartum. I commend any woman who is either and doing this workout are rock stars. I am a 64yr old post both foot and ankle repairs. This workout was awesome. Felt every muscle got a wake up call. I recommend this workout for all of us, men too, that require low impact. Great cardio and burned some calories. Thank you. Will definitely look forward to more programs like this.

I absolutely love all your workouts! This was especially challenging as my four month old got bored just watching. So I improvised and completed the last 15 minutes with her in my arms. Six weeks pp and this was just what I needed stuck in the house with a newborn and 5 year old in winter! Did it in my kitchen while my baby napped and the 5 year old danced to the music…I’m sweaty, energized and feel like I got some me time! Thanks Jessica for all you do. I have been doing your workouts for awhile now. Never had children, but had stage 4 lymphoma and while awaiting chemo, my colon perforated (badly-the surgeon said exploded.) had a couple surgeries to deal with that. Also did chemo and am now cancer free. I have always been physically fit, but the whole experience really took it out of me. Exercising with your videos has helped me heal and regain my strength. They’ve also really helped get my abdominal muscle tone back. Thank you for all you do.

Not postpartum here, but I really enjoyed this workout because I live in Texas and it is really hot outside to get my steps in. Plus, I had a season of rest recently and this was a perfect way to ease back into moving my body. Thank you! I’ll integrate this into my daily routine ❤

Hey jessica this is the third time i did this workout i am at 14 weeks postpartum and i must share that there is a phenomenal increase in the energy levels previously i use to take multiple breaks apart from the water break today it was just one more break plus the water break. I have been following all your workouts and they have been very helpful. Thank you for taking the efforts n curating these workouts they are fun easy to understand and full of energy. 9 weeks post-partum and recovering from c-section. I slowely started around 6 weeks but this is my to go to cardio routine and I always feel safe doing your work-outs. It is not 5000 steps for me, but still a great workout. Keep up the good work ! I have been working out with your videos since my second trimester☺️

I did this at 18 weeks. It’s cold right now where I live, and snowy and slippery, so I haven’t been able to go jogging for a while. I got into running after my 3rd baby, so it’s been hard for me to take a step back from harder workouts now with my 4th pregnancy. This workout made such a huge difference! I felt amazing after I finished, I got that same high I feel after I finish a run. Thank you for your low impact but intense workouts for us mommas that need that little bit of “extra” 😊

Hey jessica... I've had been doing ur DR safe workouts from about 3m postpartum and then switched to biking outdoors. Then due to covid i couldn't go out in the lockdown period and my exercises came to a stop. Started with ur walking workout today and it feels great. The best thing abt ur workouts is it isn't boring at all and by the time i think why isn't this over we'd have moved on to the next move!!!!! Love ur workouts always as it makes me feel soooo good!!!! Now 1 yr postpartum!!!

This one was tough! My husband was even sweating and out of breath haha. I found your channel during my first trimester, and have been using your workouts throughout my pregnancy. Now I’m in my 38th week of pregnancy. When I can’t find energy to workout, I do your yoga or stretching videos. On the days I can, I do your walking or full body workouts. I’ve gained 20lb so far and having a healthy pregnancy. I’m sure I’ll use your postpartum workouts videos to gain strength back once I’m cleared to exercise! Thank you so much for your resources!❤

Did your walking workout after my delivery; used to do them during pregnancy, and it really kicked my butt. Such fun moves, almost like dancing. Please make more walking workouts safe for c-section mums. Love them! 😁

I love your workout. The music is awesome. The window for upcoming exercises is helpful. I just wish there was a voiceover explaining the exercise while doing it. I would also like helpful reminders like keep your stomach tight. I get tired and forget these important forms.

Feeling the endorphins with this cardio workout! I need some tips and exercises for closing faster the pelvic floor and also keeping the breasts tight while breastfeeding. 🙏🙏 I would really enjoy it if you include some exercises in future videos. Have a lovely week!

thank you so much for such useful exercises, I am passing my pregnancy period and because of Pandemic I cant take part in actual gym classes and your trainings help me a lot, making me so energic.

Hello! I haven’t been pregnant/postpartum in 30 yrs lol I usually go to the gym but lately have been struggling with that. It’s been two months and I my body is definitely missing it. Your workout is amazing! Thank you very much 💖

I LOVE your videos. this one appears in the pregnancy calendar but is WAY too difficult for advanced weeks. (the videos in which you are pregnant yourself are not less than AMAZING). in addition, the videos in which you give instructions are much more clear. and those where the music is correlated with your sport are the best (those are not in this video) anyway, thank you very much for your videos! love them, love following you

For me it is perfect when the body is tired not wanting to do any serious training but feel bad consciously not sweat any bit…love it 👍
