Today we are working on strengthening and toning the inner and outer thighs! No equipment needed for todays lower body workout but if you are looking to increase the intensity of this thigh workout you can add dumbbells or ankle weights when possible! This is a quick and effective workout for toning the thighs but if you feel you need a little extra sweat add this workout on after you're done! • No Jumping // HIIT Car...

Hey team! I know the timer is missing in this one sorry! I made a small error when editing and didn't realize until after I published ooops! Hopefully you are able to still follow along and listen for the countdown timer :) And remember - if you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can always add dumbbells, resistance bands or ankle weights for an added challenge!

True, I like timer as well, not necessarily for looking during workout, but more for record of my training history.

I really appreciated how short and intense this workout was. Workouts like these are by far my favourite ones by you, Heather. A workout of more than 30 minutes is a little too challenging for me, so these are the best for my fitness level. I hope there will be many more like this one. Thanks for all your phenomenal work, Heather!

Pure love for this one, Heather. Whenever I feel that I can't manage a W workout because of my mood or whatever, this one is still always manageable. And the ending with the music (and sweat) gives me joy. Thank you

I live in a city with high altitude so I believe I might repeat the Low Impact Program twice before I move on to other programs. I love this, it is so effective and I feel great energy afterward.
