6 stepping leg raises 9 flutter leg raises 12 folded leg raises (each side) 12 leg raises 12 single leg crunches 8 sec hold 12 crunches 30 sec hold

I remember the first time I tried this workout and I struggled at the leg raises. I just finished the entire workout for the first time and even added some bicycle kicks after. It felt awesome. Thanks Brendan! You're awesome!

The no rest and not touching the ground the entire workout makes it one of your hardest and best ab workouts. Thanks Brendan!

6 Stepping Leg Raises 9 Flutter Leg Raises 12 Folded Leg Raises (each side) 12 Leg Raises 12 Single-Leg Crunch (each side) 8 Sec 6in Hold 12 6in Crunches 30 Sec 6in Hold repeat 1 more time

Always switch between all of his workouts. He has enough videos so you can pretty much do a month and a half with different workouts (you need 48-72 hours of rest, so two per week max). Do them for as many rounds as you think you can, and as long as you have firm posture and good diet you'll have a very strong and visible core fairly quick. I did this for 4 rounds. However, if this is too easy for you, do it with a weighted vest.

I throw in Russian Twists over the crossed over leg raise and by the end my upper abs are in pieces. Definitely worth a try if you struggle with the flexibility required for the crossed leg raise.

I used to run out of air in the beginning for two to three days, but now it has become easier. Our body really adapts to whatever is thrown at it. Cheers

Day 1, Dec 3, 2020 done Day 2, Dec 4 done Day 3 done Day 4 running day Day 5 done I don't do it everyday, but I do it often and it is definitely a great workout! I'm gonna start doing this every other 2 days.
