how did you train your abs and other muscle groups? Did you something similar to the workouts in your vids? these might be shredders but are they also good for building fundamental core strength for the front and back lever and others?

I'm doing already 6 months your workouts and I see really more and more results. But I'm struggling the whole time with one thing. And that's the stretching and flexibility of my legs. Whenever I do leg raises I can't make a 90 degrees angle with my body because I can't keep my legs straight. Are there any workouts or stretch exercises that can increase my flexibility in my legs. Find onother ab workout.. Change it.. Try it outside.. If you do abs for a years it's hard to get sore ever again, but work on them if you don't wane to lose them.. Even with junk food if you lift heavy and do abs everyday you will still god have results just don't do junk food too often 😊
