Why do these people expect to be here like 30 years and don't bother going all the the way through the system and hire an immigration lawyer and become citizen? Hes old enough to be able to afford under $9,000 to get the paperwork going to naturalize as a US citizen and not have to worry about it again. A lot of these people seem to be in conflict with themselves. They are not sure if they want to go all the way and become a naturalized citizen or stay a Mexican national. Many seem to want to sit on the fence and remain DACA forever and that's not right. If you cant save attny money about $9, 000 or $10, 000 to have an immigration attny and finally go all the way and get it done and you've been an adult for 20 years, that's a problem.

The law clearly states that you stop and remain there, this man said there was a crowd there he knew some one got his plate number or the make and model of his car, I was hit three times by a hit and run I got the plate number once and yes leaving the scene is a felony.

He has a strong case of NOT being Deported for the reason he was brought here at the age of 1. He will need a good lawyer to plead his case to a judge. Most decent judges will not send you to a country you know absolutely nothing about! Had a friend’s whose husband was here since the age of 5 and was granted his green card and then citizenship. Parents brought him here not his fault, as he was an infant.
