Installing a K&N Cold Air Intake on a 2009-2023 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI!

I have a 2014 K&N kit and the difference is crazy. Allow me to elaborate, The packaging you received looks worse than mine did. Mine had extra stickers, 2 manuals, foam on the inside, lots of wrapping on each part. The cardboard was so damn high quality i left the empty box outside so it can turn to mulch, well its still there and still not mulch. The actual parts itself i was happy with. Machine cuts on all the pipes. the main intake pipe itself was aluminium not plastic (looks like plastic) filter was also in perfect condition. Installation took me like an hour maybe less with no issues at all, other than those coolant blocker nubs are total crap because you need to pre-stretch them quite a bit. I am not a K&N fan boy and i had a terrible time ordering my kit when i did. So bad in fact the manager at K&N actually reached out to me and apologised. Basically to cut a long story short, they sold me a sold kit and i received nothing after paying for it and express courier etc etc. They gave me a refund and i got it off amazon for like 30% less than the site. Lots of people have been saying K&N has started stocking Temu quality parts in their "recent" kits. I am happy with mine just need it to be hooked up to a turbo :P

Wow! Well said! And yes ours is plastic 😕 yours sounds like a much better quality and it was probably half the price of this one 😂😂
