The V-fold crunch was always challenging for me, but I kept attempting them each time they were in a program. Today I was able to do the V-fold crunches for the full minute each time. Woo hoo! Next time I'll challenge myself more and do the V-up crunch. I'm so glad I listened to you & started doing more strength training as it's made a noticeable difference. Thank you for providing these wonderful programs, Christina! 😃

This is my 1 year anniversary with CDorner!!! I remember this one. I've upped my weight from last time. Mom joined me for her 1st weight class with you!! And she even did ALL the pushups on her knees without cursing!! Noticed my shakey arms while whisking up muffins. Savory oatmeal/almond flour/sun dried tomatoes/olives.

This was my first upper body workout since my breast biopsy so I definitely had to hit a little bit lighter on the weights but I will be feeling it tomorrow!! Fantastic workout with tons of modifications. I’m so grateful for you every single day, Chris!!!

Push-ups are the hardest for me, and I am still on my knees but completed all sets, which is a huge improvement for me 😊

I don't remember doing this one and I don't think I've ever worked out with Jen before. Kind of scares me cuz I hear references of how tough arm workouts are when Jen's around. (And don't believe everything you hear) was a great workout and you can make it harder, have it your way heavier or lighter weight and make it work for you, options always!!

I think I did this before- remember the pain!! Jenn is truly a Beast! I usually just eat the top of muffins- prob at least 300 calories!! I pinched a nerve in my butt that goes down my right leg-Dr Jenn has helped and I’m seeing her every day this week. No workouts for now-I can’t even drive which is the worst part! Bah Humbug!!☹️

This was a great upper body burner. My arms were like jello afterwards but i felt very strong. I suck at V ups, all I can feel are my quads. I don’t know how to change that or what to do to progress to master them so I feel my abs. Thank you for a great strength class.

That was one AWESOME workout!!!! I had a hard time finding it. For some reason it was not listed on youtube when using the Firestick and youtube app... however I asked CHAZZ and was helped by projecting my phone to the tv. So Ha! I got it done and LOVED it!!!

Thank you..that was great. I have a new fitness watch and it says I used 500kcal? Is that good? I didn't really feel like i did that much but I did have to modify those side plank things with the weight as it hurts my shoulde trying to hold my bodyweight. I don't have any heavier dumbells that 3kg but at least I'm now using the 3kg for most things whereas I used to use the 2kg's! My hubsband may have some heavier ones in the garage. I might have to go look! Thanks again - I'm committed to doing more weight training rather than my usual cardio.

Thanks for asking Maggs, that is definitely good, but don't let those numbers define if the workout was good or not. Those weights are pretty good for upper body, but you should definitely get some heavier ones for legs, chest, and back for the best results
